As a caretaker for an elderly developmentally disabled adult male who has major incontinence problems, the Real Fit briefs have made both of our lives more enjoyable. The cheap pull on briefs that are usually provided to medicare recipients are useless, and were causing a major quality of life decline as he would wind up soaked through and need a pants change an average of 5x a day. Leaving the house without at least 2 changes of clothing (for even the shortest trip to the grocery store) was not an option. He would be embarrassed when his pants were soaked and I would have to take him into the public restroom for a complete clean-up and change of pants. Going out for a walk in the park became impossible. The Real Fit briefs have made these problems all but go away. The snug but comfortable fit prevents leaking onto his clothing and they are not as noticeable under his pants. He can enjoy walking in the park again, and getting out of the house for the day without a suitcase full of clothes. The only complaint I have is the waistband is a bit fragile and will sometimes tear when pulled up. The cost is a little high, but when you factor in the savings on laundry, not to mention the quality of life improvement for us both, it is well worth it.

I get these for my dad to whom has bladder cancer. he gets the "L/XL size. but after a while they too big! so we try the S/M size and they are too small. is there a M/L size that we can purchase? My dad likes these he likes the fit and the feel of them.
