[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these depends from influenster in exchange for my honest opinion and although they have the comfort and wear down I would love it if they would work on the maximum absorbancy promise that they have on the bag. First and foremost these are probably the most comfortable I've ever felt in any incontinence underwear product that I have ever purchased anchoring this with the easy slide on and slide off of these products and I would give this a 5/5 just based on comfort and ease alone. However it mentions that this product has maximum absorbancy and its great for more lighter leak days but if you have heavier spills and leaks you better hope that you are as close to the bathroom as possible in order to avoid spillage. Now the other positive I will say is that odor reduction perfection you don't smell any leaks or urine scent throughout your usage of this product and I would like to mention how fantastic and comfortable it feels on the skin compared to other incontinence products. all in all, I like everything about this product fit, comfortability, odor protection, and they look great on my only problem is just that maximum absorbancy is a bit of a misnomer for the product. This feels more like a briefs product that has slight spill protection than it does an incontinence product so durable and comfortablejust not leak proof. I'd probably place it in that middle space between brief and depends if that describes it a bit better but my personal opinion its a 3.5/5 I take a bit of points just because the main purpose isn't being fully met.

I recently underwent radical prostatectomy surgery. I was prescribed incontinence briefs. I have tried just about every brand available and these fit the best and feel the best!!!!!!! I'm glad I found them! I "may" have to wear them for 1-1.5 years!!!!! These give me a higher level of confidence when going just about anywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I like the color choices as well as I can better co-ordinate with what I choose to wear each day. I have been buying the Real Fit Depends for my elderly father for several years. Sadly, the slimmer crotch design has caused leaking around the legs. The previous design gave him confidence but after several humiliating accidents in public....I feel the need to look for a different product for him. The material quality has decreased and tears away from the waist band in the back if pulled up like regular underwear. He loved the look of the real briefs but they do not keep the urine from running down his legs. I wish the company would consider going back to the previous design and thicker material which absorbed more urine and kept him dry. The material doesn't wick the moisture away from his skin which has led to skin irritation. i am very disappointed.
