I wanted to try this version of Depend Briefs for my Father, who suffers from health Issues and and not able to go to the bathroom like a normal most times. They feel as though their quite comfortable and won't chafe or Irritate the skin as some brands tend to do. Their easy to put on my Father for him to wear and he hasn't complained about any problems from wearing the briefs. The absorbency of these briefs are unreal! Not once, while my Father has worn these, has their been any leaks and not even a smell of any odors. I was Impressed with this as this has been Issue with some other brands I tried that turned out not being sturdy enough or would easily reek with odor. He really seems to like these particular briefs for the comfort and I like them for the benefits they provide. Thank you Depend for making a dependable product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These Depend Real Fit’s are by far the best I’ve come across. The fit is perfect and seems comfortable. They’re extremely durable and absorb really well. The fresh scent of the brief helps contain odor.

I've been a Men's diaper wearer for some time now , and I usually wear the Por Homees for Men or some other kind... BUT when I saw the new Real Fit Diapers I had to try them out , I was amazed at the comfort feel and styling of the Diaper.. I'm not scared to wear them out for fear of leakage,,THESE new diapers are a sure win for the team..THANKS !

The ads show Depend briefs as comfortable as underwear. I got a sample to try and it was not comfortable. So I bought the insert. Also not comfortable. I am now wearing 2 pairs of underwear since it is more comfortable than any Depend product I have tried.

They stretch enough to be comfortable and work very well with no leakage. The padding is nice in both sides for those that need that. May be a little on the expensive side but worth it.

He works long hours and sometimes can’t make it to the restroom right when he needs to. These have offered help for those times. He doesn’t worry about leaks throughout the day. It took him wearing them several days for him to feel comfortable in his mind using this type of product. He was quite surprised about how they fit and didn’t look bulky or like he was wearing a diaper.

Love these, I wear these for comfort mainly/ pleasure/or Convenience. really good when working out since their fitted. Very discreet, and don't sag too much when wet. the elastic band does hold tight if using the diaper for anything other than wetting. holds both messes very well, and keeps a tight grip. Although, would highly recommend the Maximum Protection, or Plastic backed for that. The plastic backed ones are definitely my favorite product though, Mainly for the reason that they are more of an actual diaper with tabs, and really gives you the freedom to use as you please, the Real Fit briefs hold well, but may leak when sitting, if used too much, does dry quick though on small leaks, and very airy and comfortable. I usually only use them at the gym, or when you want to be really discreet. the plastic backed are good for any occasion.. very get hot if working out with them though, but still comfortable. those don't leak much when sitting/moving, wether messy, or wet, they generally have good leak guards. Went hiking with depends plastic backed briefs, plastic held up very well, didn't tear, was messy through the day, but they absorbed the moisture well and didn't feel uncomfortable. very flexible...

The slim design and fit really does make a difference, no odd wishy washy noise when you walk or crumpling sound as you sit like the other brands, these bad boys look and feel like real underwear. DEPEND® Real Fit® Underwear are discrete and provide proper protection without all the embarrassment the old school ones have. I was quite surprised with the fantastic look and feel, the product is amazing. I received a free sample from home tester club.

I recently tried the Real Fit product for my bladder and bowel incontinence issues, which are caused by nerve damage. I'm middle aged I guess (male - 44 years old#, and I'm not the type of customer that is portrayed as bedridden by many incontinence product companies #that really irritates me). I wasn't expecting the Real Fits to offer more than short term protection, but within an hour it was leaking out from around the legs. This caused a pretty good wet spot on my cargo shorts which was very noticeable. The product is very discreet and comfortable, but not useful for my issues. Unless they increase the absorbency and extend the padding around the brief, then I can't use this product. I do use the tape on fitted briefs often for day use around the house. They usually hold 1-2 wettings, but I can't trust them at night or away from home. During these times, I rely on the imports such as Abena M4's or Tena Maxi Slip Briefs. I can easily go 4-8 hours with these products and they are comfortable and quite discreet also. They are plastic backed like the depend tape on briefs, but are quiet under clothes. I've never had anyone notice the noise or even the bulk from heavier briefs. I do wear heavier cargo shorts and jeans, plus a pair of boxer briefs over the product. Also a long tee shirt that I tuck in helps to cover noise and then a belt to hold everything in place. Sorry for the long post and the little off topic, but I hope this helps someone. I will say that if you have minor issues, then the Real Fits are probably a great product for you! Have a great summer and god bless!
