[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a real thick cough syrup as it is made with 100% Manuka honey, with a bit of grape flavoring. This cough syrup is to be used at night right before bedtime for kids as it does help them sleep. It does help suppress the coughing due to irritants or dryness. I gave it to my grand daughter before bed and she slept much better with very little coughing. Since it is thick it coats their throat longer. It also doesn’t just spill out of the spoon since it is very thick. Effective at reducing night time coughing and helps her sleep better.

I could hear her coughing and coughing with no rest in between coughs, I was concerned and remembered I had this in my cabinet. I gave her the recommended dosage and she felt relief almost immediately. She told me she wasn't too fond of the flavor, but was relieved it helped her cough and helped her fall asleep.

This was easy for her to swallow and keep down. She said it tasted good enough. Within about twenty minutes, her symptoms significantly lessened and she felt better. I like the fact that this is a natural product and works with Manila honey. It’s also important to me that it doesn’t contain artificial dyes, which have a very negative effect on her. This is why I gave this product the best rating, the full five stars.

It doesn’t have that strong medical taste and smell other brands do. It’s easy to go down with honey. This si a natural product which is better for your body. I would definitely recommend this product.

It definitely coats your throat and soothes the area, which means it works.The bad thing is that the flavor is kinda icky. It's not terrible but it's not any grape flavor that I'm familiar with, or would consume in a normal situation. I will continue to use it, but it's not one of my son's favorites.
