Mayne Cape Cod Square Planter, Choose Size

This planter looks great along the edge of my patio. I liked the first one so much I ordered a second.

Though they look great and you would think self-watering is a good thing. But just discovered that it causes root rot, which is very bad for the plant. I wasting hundreds of dollars on these planters and assorted flowers, trees and plants. Next spring I will be drilling drain holes on bottom of these planters. 
I don't recommend following their instructions on how to use planters.

Solid, attractive traditional style. Sturdy. Matches my house and decor.
