I learned how good Firestone tires are when I bought a used Honda Ridgeline. After driving several Ridgelines this one had the smoothest, quietest ride of them all. I was surprised to see that all four of the tires on it were Firestones. So for my Ford Ranger, of course I bought four Firestone Destination tires. I am not surprised that the truck rides smoother and quieter than it did with its previous tires. I usually want to put Michelins on my vehicles. But now I have a new favorite tire brand. And with a 70,000 mile warrantee, I am convinced that these Firestone Tires are the best tires you can buy. I think Firestone Tires are the most underrated tire brand on the market. My father was true car guy. He was an aircraft mechanic in the Navy during World War Two. He taught me a lot about cars. Way back in the nineteen sixties and seventies he always relied on Firestones tires for his cars. And now, long after he passed, I am still learning from him. Thanks Dad, and Thank you, Firestone.

The Firestone Destination L3 is the best wearing, longest life tire we've ever had on our 2014 Nissan Rogue SV. We have well over 250,000 miles on our vehicle and have had a couple of sets of Goodyears and a set of Coopers that didn't last anywhere near as long as these Firestone tires. We always keep up on scheduled rotations and maintenance without any issues.

I haven't had tires for very long and I don't drive off road. I noticed a low pressure light and checked the tire and it had a little "stick" in the side wall. Seems to me the tire isn't strong enough for a stick! I wanted to add a picture but there isn't an option.

Scheduled on line and on phone for Friday evening 10/15 4 tire install. Arrived early for appointment...Only 2 Tires. Others not in til Saturday. So. I took off work Sat Then wouldn't honer the 'Out the Door'Price Advertised. Got me for extra Franklin . Destination lll Firehawk..Blizzak owner. Will now purchase elseware. I'm hooked on the product though. Destination IIIs are great so far. Ride and wet traction better than my Armadas Michelin Defenders

The OEM tires (Firestone LE2) on my Ridgeline were at just below 4/32" and we were taking a 1,000 mile trip; I always change tires when the tread depth hits that measurement, so I stopped in at the Firestone company store in Dover Delaware. I am very particular about who mounts and balances tires on my vehicle, having seen the effects of improper tools and techniques. I was greeted by TJ who quickly and professionally put together a quote. I scheduled an appointment for three days from then and left. On the way back from Philly the day of the appointment there was a serious accident and a 45 minute delay. I called TJ to say I would not be able to make the appointment time and to reschedule; he asked me when I would be there and then said "we will get the tires installed,see you then!" Sure enough, I got there, dropped the truck off, went and had lunch, and then came back earlier than the 1 1/2 hours I assumed it would take--there was my truck with 4 new tires! We were able to get on our way in time! The LE3 tires are quieter than the LE2 tires they replaced, handle great in the dry and wet, and are quiet. I was very unsatisfied with the service that I received at Firestone Store# 015547 last week when I bought 4 new tires. I requested that they use my spare wheel in place of one of the 4 wheels on the car becaue one was badly pitted. I asked them to use this badly pitted wheel as the spare. They indicated on the work order that this was my request and they said they would do it. THEY DID NOT! When I got home and realized that they did not pay any attention to my request, I called the store and was told that the technician, 13 Matthew, was out on break and that they would call me back when he returned. THEY DID NOT! I will not return to this Firestone Store# 015547 again!

I replaced Goodyear Wranglers with these to get better traction on wet roads. The wet traction is definitely better. The first thing I noticed is the steering is a little squirrely with these tires. It's like I have to really pay attention to the wheel and constantly correct or else I'm drifting from side to side in the lane. The goodyears did not do this. Could be they have the air psi too high from 40 to 43. I might deflate them to 36 psi and see how that does. Not as smooth as I'd hoped either; or as quite.

I always purchased dealer recommended tire for my MDX, either Bridgestone or Michellene. I got a nail on my tire on Sunday when the dealer was closed. I went to my local firestone shop to give it a try and they recommended this tire which I find as good as or better than the dealer recommended tires and on top of that I saved about 30% more on 4 tires. The service was prompt, and 4 tires were replaced with brand new Firestone tires. I could not be happier. I will be a long-time firestone customer moving forward. No need to feed your fat dealer; get out and liberate yourself from their hefty price.

I replaced original GMC tires that had a great ride around town and on the highway. And I got 23mpg when I kept speed at 70. But If the road was older or broken the ride was terrible and noise outrageous. Because we travel, I needed to correct this. The new Firestones are quiet everywhere, but have changed our ride. We feel the road much more. Although quiet we feel any imperfections. We had our tire shop balance them at 200 miles. That helped but our overall ride around town isn't as smooth as it was. I'm wondering if I should have gotten a wider tire? The long highway drive this winter should be better.
