Sam's Club makes shopping so easy. I placed my order on my app, walked into the store, and right back out with my cake in a matter of seconds! Beautiful and delicious, just like the last cake I ordered!

I made an order for a 10 inch graduation cake and 30 cupcakes for my granddaughter's graduation celebration. This order was made 2 weeks prior to the event. I came in the Sam's store the Thursday before my Friday pickup to ensure the order would be ready and was assured I would be fine. Friday I arrive to pick up my order and they only had the cupcakes ready and could not find the 10 inch cake. How do you not complete the entire order? We did NOT have a cake for her celebration. they gave us another 30 cupcakes but it was for a desert table. We had no cake to celebrate the graduate! How disappointing. I will never trust Sam's again when it comes to something this important to my family. I was totally dissappointed!

This is my third year in a row ordering this cake. I order it every year for our church’s graduation celebration. Every year I go to pick it up and it does not have the graduates around the outside as pictured, every year I complain, every year I order again and it still looks wrong. Thankfully the cake is still delicious and a good deal, but they shouldn’t advertise it with the banner around the outside if they aren’t going to make it that way.
