We have driven on this tire for about 3,000 miles from Texas to Deep South Florida. It handles every bit as good as the EL440 that came stock on the car, but it does way better in the rain. I drove it going 65 through some well grooved roads on I-10 and I-75 in some heavy downpours. I never lost confidence, and the car never lost its grip on the road. Wet driving is an area I can definitely say this tire does great within. The MPG has picked up about 1/2 a mile per gallon as well. Anything helps these days!

These tires have great points and awful points. The good: traction on these tires are fantastic. Amazing stopping distance in wet and dry weather. Also, if you enjoy feeling the road, you will like these tires, you can feel the difference very clearly of different roads. The bad: you can feel everything with these tires, they are only a smooth/comfortable ride on fresh asphalt, anything other than that you can feel everything through the car and in some instances hear it. My tires also hit a resonance frequency at exactly 43 mph, and they hum exceptionally loud at that speed and vibrate the seats, building from 40 and gone by 45 on most road types. I have had the tires balanced 3 times and the alignment checked, everyone claims it is absolutely the tires causing it. If you want great traction and detailed feeling of all road types these tires are for you. If you want a smooth and quiet ride, my preference, stay very far away from these tires. My biggest annoyance with it is that the rating say comfort should be high,and it absolutely is not.

After researching the 3 peak mountain snow rated tires Michelin (CrossClimate 2), BFGoodrich (Advantage T/A Sport LT), and Bridgestone Weatherpeaks we decided on the Bridgestones. After our first set failed to balance correctly, 2 separate tire shops performed a road force balance showing that 3 out of 4 tires were out of round. They replaced them with 4 new ones and found that these were still out of round. Our Honda Odyssey vibrates at 60-70mph, which was not present on the OEM Bridgestone Turanzas these replaced. Very disappointed and will be going with one of the other brands when it comes time to replace.

Back in the blizzard of'24, the East TN region ground to a halt as Jack Frost laid down a people's elbow of snow and ice on the unsuspecting folks there. Over night, the green mountains and valleys were placed in the death grip of Queen Elsa's wrath. Normally , my rear wheel drive chariot would have been a cocooned in the garage, more useless than a horse in the ocean. Fortuitously, I purchased these car kicks and the snowy skies parted, the snow and ice disappeared from the roads, and I surmounted every steep road and driveway back home. With my previous wheel prisons, I'd slide when a grasshopper farted, but no longer am I confined by the southeastern snow yeti. Thank you Bridgestone!

While I loved the tires performance in the wet/dry/snow conditions, the durability of the tire leaves a LOT to be desired. I had the tires for all of about 21k miles, and already my tire shop advised that I replace them due to the treadwear on the tire rapidly going down fast. I rotated them as recommended (every 6k miles), and do not drive in any adverse road conditions, and rarely exceed 75MPH. Dry traction? Fabulous. Wet? Amazing. Snow? Fantastic. Durability? TERRIBLE. Especially considering I spent 200/tire, I expected the tires to at least last 40k miles, if not more -- given that these are reputed by Bridgestone to be 75k mile treadwear tires. Add that it is nearly impossible in my area to find a like replacement (almost all the shops didn't have this tire in stock), I went and did a set of Michelin Cross Climate as the replacement for these. Unfortunate, as these are really good performing tires when they aren't wearing out quickly.

I received great service from my initial appointment to select tires until I drove out of the shop. 5 Sterling made sure the correct manufactures recommended tire size was order. He noticed that the last time I had my tires replaced the installer replaced my tires with the wrong size tires.

These tires have rock solid traction in all weather conditions. In rain has never hydroplaned once. Here in Portland, Oregon on Feb 22, 2023 we had 10 inches of snow. Couldn't believe how many stuck cars I drove by and I was driving a FWD vehicle. Saw Tesla's, a Jeep and even Subaru's stuck in the snow and I drove right past them! I've never tried the Blizzak winter tires, but I'm kind of wondering who needs those? The only issue I've faced with these tires is fuel economy. My gas mileage took a 5-7mpg hit until these tires reached 7/32. Now it is back to normal. I'm getting around 55mpg in mixed city/highway driving.

For a 70.000 mile the tread life didn't last long after 13.000 miles my back tires only had half the tread life and my front tires where shot and the Firestone dealer where I bought the tires from wouldn't cover the warranty on them they gave my a big run around on them will never buy tires from them eany more

Next year I'll come back and update, but I just replaced all 4 tires with the weather peak and I can already tell and feel the difference. Quieter smoother ride! I noticed the steering feels better and I don't notice the bumps in the road as much either. Very happy! Looking forward to see how they do in the winter! I'll keep you posted...

I bought this tire for all season driving. I had had Michelin on my car for the last three sets of tires. I bought these tires because I already had them on two other vehicles. I cannot believe how much better these tires perform in curves and has enhanced handling of the car. I have much better traction in the rain. I have not had them long enough to have tried them on snow or ice on this car. My car being rear wheel drive we will see this winter. Overall, I am really pleased with these tires and would buy them again.
