The top piece of bread is too thick & the sausage tastes closer to hamburger than sausage. When heating according to the directions, the bottom piece of bread gets hard and dry but the sausage patty isn't heated through.

This really is the best tasting sausage and does not shrink up when cooked. We love that the biscuits are not soggy when warmed and consider this a staple in our house and for our guests!!!
