I received my machine 1 week ago today & Im glad I bought this particular one. Set up is so Ez. Literally plug it in, set your prices & it's set. LED lights in the machine are bright & your products stand out.

I bought this unit, because we use to have a micro market in our office. They was no controlling inventory and it was costing the company big bucks;) So I decided to change the micro market out and the snack machine in. My employees are happy and my pocket book is now under control. This snack machine is so easy to operate, and it was also easy to install.

I purchased this machine and placed it in service about six months ago. It has worked flawlessly and customers love it! I hear nothing but good things from customers when I service the machine. Purchase was smooth, and Selectivend employees were very helpful. Financing is a breeze if you need it. I will certainly be purchasing again, and would recommend the brand to anyone.

Purchased online and the machine did arrive 1 week earlier, thats great! Upon arrival, one of the keys were completely bent. I've had the machine since 6/17 and the CC machine through CANTALOUPE still isn't set up, which means I'm losing out on tons of sales for this location. I called to check the status of my application and was told they are just now processing applications that were submitted on 6/10! ONE WEEK prior to the date I submitted mine. whats worse, there aren't any videos or information out that I've seen that instructs a vendor to begin the CC process BEFORE you receive the machine so you don't run into this issue. I have other machines that uses AIRVEND and their setup process happened SAME day I called in to set up the account. There is no valid reason why an application to set up a CC Reader for a vending machine should take longer than 48 hours. I was initially informed by my SA that I would be all set once the machine arrived since I purchased the machine WITH the CC reader already attached. Wrong! Had he provided correct info when I asked my machine would've been fully operating by now-2 weeks after delivery. To add to this, once they approve my application and send me an email confirming my SEED account has been set up, I have to confirm the details, return that form and WAIT ANOTHER 24-72 HOURS before its fully functional and the CC machine is working. Thats 3-5 weeks without CC sales at an extremely high teenager traffic area where all kids carry cash app cards. Truly dissatisfied and I will never purchase another machine that operates with CANTALOUPE.
