The pull date on the pineapple was the next day after I bought them. I ate some that day. By the next day they were spoiled and no good. Had I picked this item myself I would not have purchased it because of the date but this was a pick up. So I didn’t do the shopping myself. Irritation that I paid so much for royt3n food.

Not the best. If you can buy a whole pineapple and let it ripen, that is way better. This was not ripe, so hard, not sweet, I had gotten it for a party and after everyone left, the bowl was still full. The chickens got it. Pricey chicken treat

This is the second time I purchased this. The product itself was great the first time, but the second time, it soured before the expiration date. Not sure if this is an issue with the transportation method, Sam's storage temp or what. But it's an expensive container of fruit. I had to throw the entire thing away before we even ate any of it.

Mostly sweet, watch for old spots and seeds (which you have to expect with fresh processed fruit). Now I've spent time in Hawaii and nothing beats fresh, ripe pineapple but this beats canned for coming in second without the hassle of cutting your own.

Fresh pineapple spears beat anything canned. No cleaning to do and no mess. For a quick snack grab the container, get a fork, and stab the top end of the spear. Pull it out and start eating it from the other end. I challenge you to eat just one spear!!!

Two times in a month I have received the pineapple spears with an expired date on the label. I’m disabled and cannot come into the store to shop. I place my order online and pick it up at the store. The employees that are picking these orders are not looking at the expiration dates .

We really enjoy these fresh pineapple they’re I purchased. quite often the convenience of having them already sliced prepared they’re sweet fresh and oh gosh they’re good for you . Just 2 slice they’re huge is all you need . Will be purchasing again . Thanks Sams Club

I was extremely happy with this purchase. The pineapple was 'just this side' of fully ripe so that I could eat it right away but, more importantly, it lasted several days without getting overripe and mushy. Loved the cut, too. Easy to just grab a 'stick' to munch on or ready to slice into perfect triangles for my pizza. That's right, I said it, my pizza. ;)
