The setup was simple, it is all plug and play. It has very vivid and clear images, often times revealing the blemishes of people on the screen! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is so old but hey, it works fabulous still. A lil rough connecting to internet to stream movies and such so I use an external device. But the picture is still clear and everything else works. (The model I selected is not correct, it just didn't let me change it)

Checked problem online and found out it it was a common problem. Was so disappointed because I have other samsung tvs and phones. I returned the TV. I couldn't get information on the replacements boards to see if the problems had been corrected.

Something with the power board has now broken twice and thankfully it's within the year warranty so we cn get it fixed otherwise we'd be in the hole. They won't extend the warranty to a year after replacement dat either so we will not be buying Samsung again.

The picture was amazing, but for a TV of this price, it shouldn't fail. You buy a Samsung for reputation and the performance gap is narrowing. Hoping for a return to Samsung former quality standards when I'm ready to buy again.
