No pepper jack flavor

This is a delicious Monterey Jack cheese with an herbal undertone. But it has no heat. Not in the well flecked bar I tried. So, five stars for quality, minus one for no heat.

I love pepper jack cheese. Been trying different brands this year. Just tried Cabot Pepper Jack today. It could be so much better. Can't even really taste the peppers. The cheese has the consistency of rubber. Not gonna buy this again.

I purchased this cheese couple of weeks ago and the cheese developed mold within a week of buying. Never had such a bad experience with any other brand of cheese bought at Jewel or Marianos.

This cheese absolutely sucked. It was rubbery and disgusting. I hate wasting food but had to throw it away. Besides the texture even the flavor was off.

The best Pepper Jack cheese I've tasted! Other brands are bland in comparison.

A good price for a 2 lb block. Sort of bland and waxy compared to Kroger brand pepper jack cheese.

Very good lactose free cheese. Great price as well.
