I bought this pitcher to use for making iced tea with tea bags and boiling water. Reviewers said it worked for them. The first thing that I saw when I opened the box was an enclosure that said don't use with boiling water. Even though the pitcher has pretty lines. a nice balanced feel, and a place for ice to cool the contents, I will be returning it. I do not have luck with items that don't take boiling water and am tired of wiping water and shards off my floors.

The ONLY negative I have found about this pitcher is the cost - I wish it were just a little cheaper. After all, it's just a plastic pitcher. That being said, it really does the job. Fill the little tube with ice, screw it back onto the lid, and fill the pitcher with juice. Done. Keeps it nice and cold!! There's a little bit of an issue with the tube not going all the way to the bottom. I use one for milk and two for juice - the milk one tends to warm up rather quickly after it's down to the bottom. Not a big deal, just something to think about. I will buy again!

Keeps liquids cold for a long time

I like this pitcher as much as I don't like it. My favorite pitcher broke and it was the perfect size. I like the removable tube and I think it's a neat idea even if you'd wanna dress it up and put fruit or whatever in there. Plus it is removable and everything comes apart so it's easy to clean. Also, it does make a nice large pitcher of drink - unlike many other ones that advertise a certain size but then end up being much smaller. It's Sam's Club...so the size is big. What I do not like is that it is so big (mainly the width) that it won't fit in any of the side shelves on the door of my refrigerator. I've never had a problem with any other container before. But we also had to adjust one of our main shelves to make room so it could fit. I am using it for now but will be keeping my eye open for one that fit like my other one did.

I have neuropathy in my fingers and hands, I dropped this picture before I got to even use it. The handle broke right off. The big hole in left in my picture when the handle broke left my picture useless to be able to use. I was sad because I bought this for myself for my sweet tea this summer. It is not a cheap picture. You would think Arcrylic would be stronger, but it isn’t. I would not recommend buying this pitcher. It is small, and breakable for the money you are going to spend. I am going to buy a larger glass pitcher.
