Bought these because they were made by people that supposedly flew a ton and knew what luggage goes through. Bonus that it had a TSA lock and charge port too that's pretty awesome. Here's the bad... husband just flew to Texas and on its maiden voyage the big suitcase is already done- it's the only one he took and it's all cracked... like how?! It was a direct flight and nothing but clothes in it. I don't understand I know airports are full of rough handling but it broke so easily! Now he'll have to buy a new one out there. Ridiculous

As many other have stated, this luggage set is not for travelers that might need to check in a bag. We checked the first time, and the outside of the bag was completely destroyed. Mind you this was using it via first class travel in a Delta flight so it technically would've been treated a little bit better than most regular travelers on most airlines. Would not recommend. I bought it in a pinch for a last minute flight and because it was on sale I would have waited and fought a good reputable name brand if I had the option. Don't waste your money. The carry on luggage is good. But if you have to check it in for whatever reason, it WILL come back destroyed.

I bought 2 of the sets back in July 2023 and already 1 piece has broken. The extension handle to the carry on size snapped off and it's only been used 2 times. Overall the luggage seems flimsy so this is not surprising, but very disappointing. We were replacing luggage we have used for 10 years only because we wanted something new and we are already back to using the 10 year old luggage.

Cracked and messed up wheel during first trip to Tokyo (only 4 flights total).

I absolutely loved this set when my husband brought it home. After the second round trip flight, the checked bag’s zipper broke and now it’s permanently expanded. I couldn’t be more disappointed. Do not waste your money.

My husband purchased this set for me and I loved it at first but once I traveled by air the bottom cracked and some of my items came out of the luggage.

Not at all impressed with this luggage set! First we had issues with the locks and customer service was no help, returned and bought new set, the larger suitcase broke after first use! It had to be taped together for the wheel to not fall off.

These are fantastic! So many pockets and the wheels move like skates on ice... so smooth! The color is very vibrant. They're lightweight and sturdy.

On day 1, zipper broke and then on 1st trip outer shell cracked and wheel broken off.
