Installed door on new construction house, so everything was for the most part level and plum. Worst part was drilling into tile. Overall happy with door will see how leaks once the caulk dries. Only complaint the instructions could be a tad bit more clear or descriptive.

We purchased the brushed nickel door. It is of very high quality and appearance. The installation is fairly easy, however it is imperative that you pay very close attention to detail as you progress through the installation. Also please note, that the actual glass doors are very heavy. Lastly, the operation of opening and closing the doors is very satisfying !

I bought this product as part of my bathroom remodel. Great quality and workmanship. Very surprised after some of the other products I've purchased from other companies. I've returned most of those lack lustre items. I echo the other comments - smooth roller function, thick glass doors, very sturdy materials and love the finished product. Where I had the most difficulty was the installation manual. Liked the "picture book" but it lacked written details. Had to go online to look up YouTube Vids on the installation to answer some basic questions but once I found the missing details, installation went smoothly. Very happy with this product.

Purchased the BEL Soft Close 60 almost 6 months ago, I finally completed the bathroom and wouldn’t you know I fell short by 1/2 inch. From the looks of it I didn’t think the support bar could be cut. So I called customer service and spoke to Andre. He put me right at ease and told me I was able to cut the bar a half inch but no more than that. I did it and everything went smoothly after that. Andre you are the best!! Great customer service and a beautiful product…

Good quality parts and excellent installation instructions. We had a problem with the glass panels having a film on them that was nearly impossible to remove. After contacting OVE they offered to replace them, which is greatly appreciated but still quite a hassle.

We looked at many many doors for our bathroom remodel in the "affordable for normal people" price range and by far liked Ove the very best. They glide much more smoothly and have a very solid quality feel about them. We were going to choose the Sedona model, but didn't like that it did not have a soft close option so we settled on the Bel without having a chance to see it in person and I'm so glad we did! The soft close feature is AWESOME and works both opening and closing the door. I was initially intimidated to install it myself, but it was a snap and not difficult at all (the hardest part was drilling holes in the porcelain tile- I would recommend a diamond bit). I liked the way all the assembly parts were packaged and everything included, however the stainless steel screws provided were way too short to enter studs behind the tile so I had to go buy some longer ones. It's excellent quality and solidly built. We hope to use for many years to come!

We had our contractor install the matte black version of this door and it is the perfect finishing touch to our hotel chic bathroom! Glides smoothly and looks amazing! Only concern is the longevity of the math black finish as the wheels roll back and forth....time will tell. So far this is definitely worth the purchase!

Finished installing the shower door yesterday and overall the install went well, the finish and quality are exceptional. The installation instructions could be better I had to adjust the fixed panel to move the track to get the door to close fully after installing the door. If a measurement could be added from the fixed panel support bar mounting hole to the closed side of the wall of the shower to ensure the door closes fully that would be very helpful.

I bought this a few weeks ago and I am super happy with the purchase! The glass door looks great on my bathroom! !00% recommend to anyone wanting to upgrade!

This beautiful door was installed last month and I think it is stunning. I love the clean lines, it looks classy and makes the room wide open because of the clear glass and no attached hardware except the handle.
