They are somewhat hard but chewy. They have a different texture and a strange flavor. I’ve been using them for a few days. I can’t tell that they give me any more energy than I had before. Takes a little getting use to.

Overall, it did give me the extra boost I needed. I took it about mid-morning with a snack.The taste was surprising good. It’s definitely worth a try if you want to try to lay off the caffeine in the afternoon.
