My husband and I purchased this mattress to go on our new platform bed. We purchased the king-size. We knew we were wanting a "Spring" mattress and not a total Memory Foam. The box it came in was much smaller than I had expected. When we opened the box and cut the plastic from around it, it popped open! Please make sure, when you open it, that you are in the place where you want the mattress to be and be sure to stand back! It expanded in just a few seconds and we slept on it a few hours later. It is very comfortable, but very firm! This was one of the cheaper mattresses that we found and we have been pleasantly surprised at the quality. It was also much easier for us to order this product online and have it shipped to our door than it would have been for us to purchase one in the store.

Bought on line, needed replacement 12" thick mattress to go with twin bed that I sometimes put together with another twin for a king when visitors come. One stolen out of storage unit. Saw this listed as 12" thick and it is not, more like 10". I had to get risers for legs of second bed frame (trundle) to make them almost match. Think I still will need a foam pad for bed to make it comfortable. Bought on line, should have seen it in the flesh; company coming, no time to return and get another. and I committed to the price which was reasonable with the insurance and can't afford the additional cost. It arrived rolled tighgly in roll in a 2'x2'box, tall as mattress is wide. when I unwrapped it it sucked in air to make the squished 4-5" mattress expand. Weird.

Really comfy and soft but just enough firmness. I bought this for my little girl's day bed and it's perfect. Also shipping was super fast and delivered very nicely shrinked wrapped. I read on here re a smell but I didn't have any of the sort with my mattress.

I was hesitant to buy this mattress because it was so inexpensive. We bought 2 for my daughters bunkbed. She is 17 and says this is the best she has slept in years. Also, although some reviews said there was a slight odor when first unpacking, I did not sense any odor and I have a super sensitive nose.

Bought one 2 months ago, I was afraid not to find it again. I got lucky, now I'm ordering another one, for second twin bed in guest room. It is unbelievable comfortable. I can highly recommend this 12" night therapy top box mattress. Best purchase in its class. Cool delivery in the small box.

upon receiving this mattress, I was thinking "Somebody messed up!" However, I did go back and read the reviews about this being compressed for shipment. Carefully opening the mattress revealed a nice surprise. It did not take long for the mattress to regain full size.

First of all, I was so impressed by how the bed unfolded out of the packaging because at first glance, even my husband was thinking " I don't want to be around when she calls customer service" lol. But we are so pleased with the comfort and size. It's well worth the money. We've been over sleeping since we got it and our kids fit comfortably when they come crawling in during the middle of the night. Happy Happy Happy

We ordered this item from Sam's Club. We are located in Florida and the mattress was shipped FedX Ground from California. Therefore it took almost 2 weeks to receive it after the delivery date was changed 3 times. The mattress was delivered in a square box that was much smaller than the mattress. It is fairly heavy and will require a couple of people to carry it into the house. Once you open the box and remove the packing, the mattress springs to life (Watch out). It looks great and looks like a quality mattress. It has a pillow like top, but the first night sleeping on it was difficult, because it was so firm (Hard). WE ended up putting a 2 inch memory foam pad on top of it and now it is fantastic to sleep on. It ends up being about 15 inches high above the box spring, so you need to be fairly agile to climb aboard at night. Yes I would recomend it as long as you are award of my comments above.

I cannot sit on the side of this mattress. it offers no support along the edge of the mattress and you slide off the mattress. The entire mattress has no edge support. If you roll to the edge of the bed while sleeping it does the same thing. I asked my daughter to sit on my bed and she said the same thing. Don't waste your money on this mattress

Ordered this mattress from the Sam's Club website. Was skeptical ordering it online but other reviews were good so I gave it a shot. I'm glad I did. Ordered on 2/2 arrived on 2/9. Everything else was just like the instructions said. The mattress was vacuum packed and looked much smaller than the full size that I ordered. But once I removed the plastic casing, the mattress expanded to it's right size. Pretty cool to watch! We followed the instructions and did not use it for 48 hours so it would expand. I was happy that it did reach it's advertised height of 12 inches. This mattress was purchased for a guest bedroom so it will not be used daily, but it's been used twice already. My guests said it was very comfortable. I would buy this again if I had to.
