I was on the fence about spending ~$3K on an outdoor tv, but decided to go for it. The performance it great - super bright, no glare, excellent picture, solid built quality. The speakers are also better than I expected after reading a lot of reviews - I think I'll be able to get away with no soundbar. The negatives to me are the price and that it is heavy (par for the course with a rugged outdoor tv). I can't comment yet on the outdoor long term reliability. I plan to bring it in during the winter.

Fantastic TV! The additional brightness makes daytime viewing excellent. Operating system is super intuitive and provides everything you could possibly need.

we are so happy with the terrace, we enjoy sitting in our patio and watching our favorite sporting events. all of our friends are blown away by the quality of the picture and the brightness of the screen. if you are looking for a great outdoor experience dont forget to add the 200 watt terrace sound bar it's a must have to complete the outdoor lifestyle.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We finally received our TV and it was undamaged and works good so far. The problem was the shipping was supposed to take about a week and at that point shipping info showed delayed. There was no update to that for a week and a half and finally it showed up.

Great tv other than the fan continually runs even when it's turned off. No one can tell me if this is normal but I don't understand why the fan would run after the tv is off.

The Terrace has a great picture for outdoors in partial sun and full sun whether watching sports or a movie. Unfortunately, while built solid and is quite heavy, it does not stand up to being outdoors as advertised even when using the Terrace cover while not in use and under shelter (never exposed to elements). Worked for two years and now we have thick horizontal black lines obstructing the view.

While the TV initially worked great and I enjoyed it outside, over time the screen started to accumulate water spots that works not go away despite covering the TV frequently and using many different screen cleaners. Then recently the TV would power on and off just for a 1/2 second but with no picture. A repair tech indicated it needs a "new panel" which costs more than I originally paid for the TV. So in short it was a very expensive 4 year TV. May as well buy a cheap one to move in and outside if they only last that long. So I am.
