Love - Love - Love our new range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this range two weeks ago. The features are wonderful. The first thing we did was use the air fry feature to fix french fries. They were great. Made pasta the next night just to see if the range really did bring water to a boil quickly. Boy did it ever. I checked the oven temp with an oven thermometer and it was spot on. I really appreciated that after years of using an oven that never was. These will be what we use most often, but I am looking forward to trying out other features especially the dehydrator.

Super efficient

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Truly surprised with the efficiency of this range. Changed from a gas convection and the oven comes to temp in half the time and food cooks in 2/3 the time! The air fry setting is great for fries and roasted vegetables. Come out super crisp!

Very nice smart range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung range with air fryer is a real game changer when it comes to baking. With the air fryer feature we no longer need a extra appliance sitting on our counter top. The oven is fantastic and bakes foods so evenly. The cook top burners heat up fast and stay at a consistent temperature while cooking. The smart feature hooks up flawlessly to wi-fi and helps us plan our cooking time in notifying us when the oven is at temperature.

Great service, good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have loved this stove since we got it. Was disappointed at 11 months when the main burner went out. Put in service ticket. Tech came out and fixed it on time. Appliances are not made to last anymore.

I love me wifi Samsung Oven

Worked Well Until...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works well, but the main "burner" is starting to have issues with regulating heat levels. Only has 2 settings, off or on at max temp. The other ones are still working well, but a bit disappointing as it has been less than a year since purchase.

Great Investment

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit came with my home but it was a welcome surpirse. The smart features work amazingly. If I need to prepare for dinner I'm able to. I run out a grab any last minute additions without fear of the meal burning. It also connects to my other smart devices. The design is sleek and stylish, its addtion of being an airfryer also makes it great for quick meals. This would definitely be an investment no matter what.

Nothing

compared to our last range, this samsung model is horrible. we bought stainless steel to upgrade our kitchen. we purchased on 2/1/22- the stove top never gets fully cleaned, the stove top already has a scratch on one of the burners even though all care has been taken to avoid, once the oven is preset you can't change the temperature. consider buying some other range, this model should be taken off the market. we have several other samsung products we are happy with, i do regret purchasing this range.

BROKE AFTER LESS THAN 3 Months

I purchased this item brand new on June 23rd, 2023. It was working great until this afternoon. I turned on the air fry option, and it stopped working. The clock turned off, the buttons stopped working, and the oven light and fan stayed on. The oven locked, and nothing worked. I tried the breaker, the oven came back on the same, none of the buttons worked, and the fan and light were still on. I chatted with support, they were not able to help and claimed the warranty was out when it wasn't. They also asked several of the same question multiple times after it had been answered. It seemed like the person was in multiple conversations at once.... would not recommend.
