Horrible experience for first oven I ever purchase

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If I could have done 0 stars, I would have. Right after the warranty period ended, the oven would not keep up to temp. I replaced a part myself whcih did not solve anything, so I had a repairman come, he replaced something. Worked again for about a month, then stopped keeping up again. Had same repairman come again, he replaced another part. Now all heating elements replaced and still it would not work properly. Finally just replaced it. Repairman told.me Samsung was the worst for appliances! I believe him. He said my fridge would go out next.

Digital Issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Purchased this a year ago and there seems to be many issues with it. The air fry option and oven option, when I turn it on, will only allow the number 3 to be entered. So I have to set the temperature for 333 degrees, cancel the temperature and restart to get it to the correct temperature. Also, the SmartThings application has trouble communicating with the device. It works, it's just not seamless.

Good electric range

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this range a month back and so far its good. I have tried air fry once and it was decent. Although I prefer my toaster oven's air fry capability more than this one because of the size and the quantity I usually air fry.

Perfect for our home

Not flashy but does the job!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We replaced a 30 year old Whirlpool stove that we loved but it was starting to have some issues with burner heat and such, so we got this one. Outside of learning how sensitive the buttons are, it's a great stove. Haven't used the air fryer setting yet so can't comment on that, but I can say that I don't care for the fact you can't adjust the warm setting on the oven. Although that's not a dealbreaker. It's a decent stove for the price.

So far, so good!

I don't bake much, but when I've used the oven, it's worked fine. I used to have to adjust my old one up 10-20 degrees to get things to turn out. This one seems perfect.

Learning Curve on Extra Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm still learning what all of the settings, but it works really well. Air frying isn't as simple as it sounds, and it doesn't consider pre-heating to the correct temperature, so that hasn't panned out as well as I had hoped.

Nice range with great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thoroughly enjoy this Smart Range from Samsung. The features list is very long and I have used every feature available within the first month. The cooking on the stovetop is great. My one complaint is that the surface is nearly impossible to keep clean. If you happen to have one spill and it gets cooked on, it appears to "burn in" to the glasstop, which is also nearly impossible to keep streak-free. I like the ability to remotely turn on and off the oven particularly for pre-heating. I like the air fryer and convection options. Actually very easy to clean too. I would recommend this to all my friends. Just be weary of the glass-top cooking surface on the electric models

Love how the stove looks. Heats up quickly too...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This stove was a nice addition. The ceramic top has been fairly easy to clean. I guess my only complaint is that the Wi-Fi use is limited. You have to set it up on the range itself. Meaning, you have to know ahead of time, you can't just use Smarthings on the way home to pre heat the oven. It kind of defeats the purpose in my opinion.

So Far Great Stove

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this stove because of the features. I have used the oven quite a bit, love the air fryer function and convection oven works very well. I like my smooth top cooking area. It is hard to keep clean, but I knew that from my old stove.
