Knob varnish started to peel off after 11 months. Got a simple answer from customer service that it was not covered by warranty. Never ever again Samsung products!!!!!!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We purchased this range for our new home and it has brought a level of refinement and modernity to our kitchen that has been truly rewarding. The quick boil element performs admirably and the ability to air fry has added a new variety of dinner options.

The modern features make it very easy to cook and bake great meals. The unit is aesthetically pleasing, workmanship and assembly of the range is of excellent quality. Materials used are inferior for the designed purposes compared to older units design and technologies. For examples; the glass/porcelain cooktop is scratches very easily, with only 9 months of use it looks as if this unit is over 25 years old. Our previous electric range, with glass/porcelain cooktop “never” scratched these easily and after 15 years of regular and similar use did not look this bad. The interior oven metal/coating stains so deeply that even with the best cleaners and built in self cleaning features the stain/s can not be cleaned off or removed.

Bought this in October. Didn't even last 21/2months. I was cooking on the top thr unit started smoking from under the nobs then a spark and triggered the breaker off. Easy fire starter. Seems like electrical issue. Didn't feel safe having this unit in my home.

It's good but the need to physically press a button to use the smart features almost makes the smart features useless. It also lost connectivity the first day and required a reset. Has not reoccurred since. Overall I should have done more research and found something with more smart smart controls. Nothing like being told to go touch your oven to start it remotely. Pretty dumb though I understand sort of why. It does feel like it could have been done with some other safeguards in place like oh it's been on for 30 mins preheating the door hasn't opened turn it off. Instead they just lock the smart control behind being near or remembering to push a button after every use. Very stupid smart controls if I'm honest.

This range is amazing! We've used the griddle,air fryer, bread proof - all these features are amazing. The lock for the screen with all the buttons is great when cleaning. The self clean is also wonderful! Just a 2 hour clean got rid of stuck on pie filling. I've not used the steam clean yet. I would recommend this range to anyone who needs a new range, or someone who wants to upgrade. I can't say enough good things about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this stove 4 month ago and just recently installed it. Extremely disappointed with the glass top. Had to have it replaced ajust after 2 weeks of use. Even after replacement we are slaves keeping it clean. Everything sticks to it and hard to keep cleans We even bought a new set of pots and pans thinking it would help, but makes no difference. Smudges with everything.We replaced our 10 year old GE glass top stove as we remolded our kitchen and wanted new appliances. Beautiful product but be ready suffer cleaning it. If we could return it we would.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I thought my previous range was just fine, but my husband convinced me to get this new one as we were updating some other items in our kitchen. I was very impressed when it was installed. Very elegant looking but also very functional. I love the cooktop lines that help me decide which burner to use with different sized pans. The cooktop is also very easily cleaned if something spills. I love having an option of "normal" baking or convention baking and that the oven adjusts the cooking time if I chose convection so I don't end up over cooking something. The best part however is the air fryer. We have a normal sized air fryer and use it several times a week. With the air fryer in this range however, I can cook like 4 times the amount of food at the same time and it doesn't produce any smells in the house. Overall, I am very impressed and love my new range!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The range top is hard to clean; had a boil over (water from pasta) and it took way too much time and effort to clean it up Bought this for the air fryer, it works ok... Makes a big mess and it cooks unevenly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Really enjoy this unit so far. A few things thatcould be improved- you can easily turn on the burners by accidentally hitting them, it does not jump out at you that a burner is still hot. Overall it's been great.
