[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I don't use the range much since I don't cook very often. Although the only time I really used the product was to reconnect it to the WiFi. Most of the steps were straight forward except the one where you have to hold the smart control button was for what seems like a few seconds, instead of just pressing it. I tried to follow the steps exactly but it wouldn't work until I held that button instead of just pressing it. The app also doesn't really matter since you can only "send" heating instructions but you still have to press start on the stove. It's also inaccurate with time left but seems good for temperature. My partner likes the no preheat air fry & rapid boil but said you have to figure out where to place food in the oven for best baking results. Overall it's a good looking stove and it seems to work.

I've heard people complain that they don't like the music it plays when it reaches temperature or the timer goes off but I love it. I work from home and don't have to wait for it to teach temperature needed. I turn it on and go back to work, the tune plays to let me know it's ready. Then it plays again and doesn't stop till I turn it off which means I won't forget. It's a beautiful stove and I haven't finished playing with all the features yet.

i love my new range, especially the air fry option. i do agree with others that the air fry basket should come with the range instead of being an optional purchase. the warming feature is also very nice, several levels to keep things at just the right temp. and the larger front element is great, since i do have some oversize pans. i would have liked the storage tray to be a little deeper, to hold more of my 'occasional' baking pans. but overall, i am very happy with my purchase and look forward to many years of great cooking!!

Control feature is awesome if you need to move away from the kitchen during a cook cycle being able to monitor from the phone app and even cancel and turn off.

Not even a year old and the top is bubbled...again. I cleaned it as suggested but that didn't help. This is the second one...the first one bubbled also. Now the second one is doing the same thing. I called and the Support desk sent me a link to the manual. Zero help. I had another glass top range for 18 year and never had an issue!! I wished I would have kept that one!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the stainless steel finish! I can preheat the oven from the Samsung App and it all ready for me to start cooking. The music sound it makes when it's done preheating is very easy to hear. The oven can fit an oversized baking sheet easy because of its large size. It's easy to operate and clean. I wish it would've came with the air fryer tray though. I haven't had a chance to tryout any of the preset functions yet. The rapid boil technology is very convenient too, don't have to wait forever for water to boil. The warmer eye on the stove top is very convenient and it sits back so it's not in the way of the other pots in use. Overall, my family and I are very pleased with it!

On the positive side, this range does offer some good features such as settings for dehydration, convection, and adjustable broiling temprature.
