Sooooo disappointed
No manual. No intuitive way to change the clock. Two of us tried for hours to register ownership using high speed internet and Bluetooth; no luck. And whoever heard of a range with no auxiliary plug on the dashboard? I do not want to talk to my stove or turn it on with my phone! This is ridiculous! I can see this appliance has many excellent features but I am blinded with frustration at this point. Never again will I buy Samsung.

terrible quality glass
I rented a house in Airbnb which had this stove. When the heating element was on, it caught a piece of aluminum foil that was on it. The foil melted on the glass part of the stove. I thought I would just be able to peel it off once the stove cooled off, but when I started peeling the aluminum foil, parts of the glass started coming off!!! I can't even understand how this could happen, or what kind of glass is used that it make it get ruined so easily. To make a long story short, I had to buy the owner of the apartment a new range, because of this piece of aluminum foil.

Great Range
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This range is incredible. It looks great in my kitchen and the elevated design makes it stand out as an appliance of luxury. The air fryer feature is probably one of my favorites. I used my counter top air fryer almost daily, so having this feature built in to the range, keeps me cooking and my counter space clear. It is also quicker since I don't have to wait for it to preheat. The electric griddle feature has really changed our breakfast game. We quickly and easily cook up eggs, bacon, and pancakes. So much tastier and healthier than the typically cereal we were eating. The range has plenty of space for multiple items to cook simultaneously and when we are cooking for large groups of family and friends. Connecting to the range my phone is also an awesome feature. I don't waste time checking on my cooked items, I can just go about my other work in the house and wait for the notifications to come to my phone.
I'm happy to hear how much you are enjoying the features. ^Pat
Love the features. . .
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this a few months ago and my husband ms I love it - the burners get hot immediately, love the griddle side, absolutely love the air fryer feature of the oven and the convection option. . .love the WiFi capability and timer options
Great oven, controls hard to read
Great oven with TERRIBLE controls. It's almost impossible to see the markings on the dials. I sometimes have to use a flashlight to figure out what I'm doing. Why they are not backlit or have some light is a total mystery. Oven cooks EXTREMELY evenly. Great for baking.
Beautiful stove, but needs some tweaks
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all… the stove is BEAUTIFUL! have the stainless model but it still looks great with my black appliances in my kitchen. (Black wasn't an available option in the stove I wanted). The delivery crew failed to send me a cord/plug to hookup my stove, but my previous model was an older Samsung as well so we just used the cord from it. Install was super easy. I have the electric version and it came with an air fryer basket accessory for the oven and a griddle for the stove top use. This range is being marketed as the very first griddle/electric smooth top stove combo. I wanted this specific model because I have always wanted a griddle, but I also love the ease of cleaning a smooth cook top. Most griddle tops come on gas stoves and my house isn't set up for gas. Upo first impression, the stove is beautiful. Accessories are great. First thing I attempted was making Philly cheesesteak sandwiches on the griddle. It's the first thing I wanted to test out. The griddle is designed to work utilizing the two left side burners (left front and left rear). There's a setting on the knobs where you turn to utilize both burners with the griddle or the burners can each be utilized separately. Some things I noted: * The heat didn't seem to distribute evenly within the griddle top. Both burners were set to the same setting using the proper two burner/griddle knob, but one burner got much hotter than the other. The was definitely not distributing evenly from one burner to the other. I expected some variance in the empty space between the two burners, but not that much of a difference in the burners themselves. * The griddle slides easily on the smooth surface and I feel that maybe a better griddle design could utilize silicone pads on the outer corners (not on the burners) to provide a little bit of grip to keep the griddle from just sliding everywhere. * The griddle space is a little small and i was making a mess with my food falling off the sides. I ended up having to transfer the food over to a skillet and use an alternate burner. * The oven works great! But maybe it's just me, but I had no idea what the different settings are and when to use them and the user manual didn't have any information. There are two baking options, one with a little fan image beside it. At first I thought that was air fry, but there is an option to choose air fry, so I'm not 100% certain the difference or the usage for that setting. All in all I do love the stove!
The food looks delicious! Thank you for your feedback. The two features you are looking at are the Convection Bake and the Convection Roast. To put it simply. Convection Bake is best used for cooking multiple items (like cookies), while Convection Roast is best used to cook larger items. The only difference for using the Convection Bake, opposed to using the regular bake. It would be the fan disturbing the heat. The Convection feature continuously circulates air through the oven. Regular bake doesn't use the fan. So the heat will come from the top and bottom heating elements. ^Pat
Best range ever
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this along with all matching Samsung appliance is for our new and are so pleased with all the amenities that it brings! We use the air fryer way more than we ever thought we would! The pancake griddle is an excellent addition!
Love the griddle
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am still making adjustments with cooking (baking) air fry etc. It works so well you have to keep an eye on whatever you have in there. Example: baking cookies 375 for 12 minutes is what the recipe calls for, 10 minutes tops is all needed otherwise they will burn! Same goes for say chicken wings left them in for the recommended time, turned out dry and overcooked on air fry which made a god awful mess in the oven. Don't know how it happened because I had a large sheet pan to catch anything dripping and somehow had black grease and on the back and side wall and corners. My guess is the fan blowing and temperature being too high. I love the griddle and cleans so nice and easy! Pancakes, French toast, eggs bacon sausage great breakfast station! To sum it up it's a beautiful looking and works very well. I love the fact that it shows the temp as it's preheating and the self cleaning options. The only thing I wish was designed better is the griddle (in my opinion) should have a secure way of staying in place, like maybe how gas burners sit in groves to stay put. Just a thought
Best smart oven!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] if you're looking for an oven that does it all, look no further. first, the air fry-it works on everything from fries to wings to veggies. baking preheats quickly and so do all the eyes. the wifi connection is awesome, you can do a lot with your phone. you can program the oven to bake and just need to press the start button when you are ready to start cooking. there is not a huge learning curve, but i definitely recommend perusing the owners manual to get the most out of your range. i will be using this oven for many years and can give away my stand alone air fryer and griddle. my favorite part-just how fast it heats up.
Thanks for the review. We're thrilled to hear about your experience with the range. ^Pat
Amazing oven
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our new amazing, stainless steel, electric Samsung range with convection, air fryer and griddle has met and exceeded our expectations for a range. It completes our Samsung kitchen and works so great! I run a home based preschool and use my oven alot. This cooks faster than my old one and the griddle is so useful since I'm cooking for several at once! I love the warming burner too, you can keep a dish warm while continuing to cook. The air fryer was a plus for us as well, we use a counter top one alot, and having this feature inside the oven helps save counter space in our kitchen. It also connects to wifi and automatically updates time through it. I had to search that but it is an amazing feature. Here in Oregon our electric tends to go out a few times a year with weather and it'll be nice that it automatically resets when power is back on!
We're glad we could meet your expectation with the range. ^Pat
