we can't stop using it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we love this stove alot when use it ever since it came in the house.. this is much better then our other stove when need time getting used to it my cooking time as been less stressful but it has a air fryer which means im giving my family healthier options and we bought a air fryer which we don't even use anymore and the fast boil and dehydrate fruit and vegetables for longer storage which saves me money and trips to store now I don't have to go as much and the grill we haven't tried it yet but the air basket is a much have for any kitchen with a stove like this I recommend this stove as hands down the best stove our family ever owned now we can bake bread and there a spot in the middle to keep your food warm like gray and eggs and etc I can't wait for the holidays we going cook a big meal ive told my family outside our house in the want one to which I think it a great idea.. the stove is voice activated we haven't set that up yet either our other stove had non of this what we got now if we can do it again we'll pick this stove everytime

Nice oven app needs updating.

Love the features but like others mention the glass top is so hard to keep clean. I notice it only gets a good shine is when you use the cooktop glass cleaner cream wipe with papertowls then a damp rag to buff. My main reason for buying this oven was for the smart features due to the fact last Samsung oven wasn't Wi-Fi capable, and wife keep forgetting to turn the oven off, this new oven lets you know its on but haven't seen any alerts to let you know it was left on for a period of time, I hope this can be fixed by an app update.

My Favorite Way to Cook Now

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy my range it has so many benefits and styles of ways to cook. It makes make cooking fun and exciting. There is a learning curve with all the styles from dehydrating, air frying, convection, grill, but eliminates the need for all the other appliances. There are a few things that I was where better like the storage tray at the bottom holds almost nothing, the top of the oven needs to be cleaned with a cleaner to get the best results, and the jingle on the timer I could do without. My favorite feature is the air fryer. The feature that is a huge plus to my busy schedule is the wifi capabilities. Being able to control the range with preheat keeps me in charge of the kitchen and helps when in the home and away in preparation of a meal. I feel this is a well thought out range and by far one of new favorite. In appreciate the quality of the range and all the benefits it has to offer. Cooking is more fun, it almost seem limitless, and then extra accessories are easy to clean. This is a kitchen upgrade based on features, functionality, and appearance

Glass Top & Metal Surface

Thé Samsung range was delivered 5 months ago. I am not happy with this product as the glass surface stains very guickly (even with water drops) and is very difficult to clean. The metal surrounding the glass top has a very poor coating as there is already areas on the metal that are shiny which probably occurred when a pot has come in contact with the metal surface. I do not see that this range will last an extended number of years as the quality & design of the material used in this range is of a low standard. I do not recommend this product.

Poor strength on ceramic glass top

For safety reason, don't buy Samsung range. Bought 5 months ago band new and just put a hot lid on the ceramics glass for couple of seconds and it exploded. Never happened with GE, Maytag, Whirlpool range. Even worse, the warranty does not cover it and the replacement cost is as much as a brand new range. Very lucky I was not injured - see the photo on the extend of the damage.

HATE THIS STOVE

I bought this stove a month and IHATE IT it is the most confusing pile expensive garbage I have ever come across I am 80 years old and have used quite a few stoves in my life but this monstrosity is useless unless you are good with a computer other wise the stove is WORTHLESS

Horrible cooktop, scratched in less than a week!

I've had this for less than a week and already have scratches on the glass top. I've literally only used it twice. Previous glass cooktop stove we had was here when the house was built and didn't have many scratches on it when we sold it. Very disappointed With this aspect of it. Haven't even used the oven yet or the other four burners. Just the large burner and it has deep scratches in it. I had just purchased a brand new expensive set of Hexclad cookware. It is not like we raked it across the glass. This is definitely a flaw and what is the most expensive range I've ever purchased. I wish the company would recall this piece since there are so many complaints!

You are selling ovens with discontinued parts.

We bought this convection oven 8 years ago, had already 3 service calls on the biggest element, part DG47-0056A, the total costs of all the services almost amounted to getting a new stove!! The last service calls, Samsung authorized repair tells us the part above is on order (since September), however, today I was frustrated and checked yr parts warehouse and found that Samsung has discontinued the part ! Why does the authorized repair not know that, after 3 phone calls, they still say the part is not in yet, lying! Meaning untrustworthy ! Now what am I todo with an almost brand new oven, with the largest element not. Working. Please take back the stove! Never buy a Samsung stove…
