If you're able to successfully turn the dial, you may need to turn it 20+ times to get it to first dispense. This is to ensure it doesn't create a mess during shipping and handling. If you're having a hard time, try tightly pinching only one side of the dial while rotating slightly. This may help, but we'd love to collect some details and help you with this.
