[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this free sample of Gillette Cool Wave Clear Gel deodorant/antiperspirant to rate and review from Pinchme.com I have used Gillette antiperspirant gels in the past and looked forward to trying this product. Upon opening I was pleased with the refreshing scent. Being a clear gel you do not have to worry about getting white marks on your clothing while getting dressed after you have applied the product. I work outdoors in the summer heat and humidity of Florida. After a long days work Gillette Cool Wave Clear Gel kept me feeling and smelling fresh. The two drawbacks were the wet gel feeling, after applying my armpit hair would be wet. I would try to apply a minimal amount but to get a good coverage I couldn't avoid this. Also during the work day my armpits would feel stickier than normal. Overall, if you are looking for a clear gel product that smells good and lasts a long day I would recommend giving this product a try. Personally, I will stay with my current soft solid that works just as well but provides a drier feeling.

He liked how well it worked for sweating but didn't like the texture as it was a little sticky feeling. He liked the scent but thought it was like a lot of other brands and wished the scent would be something different. But it did work for protection.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette cool wave clear gel went on smooth. It actually FELT Cool! It has a nice scent and lasted most the day in this Florida heat. However, it did leave a bit of residue coloring on dark clothing.

However I am trying to go all natural with health and beauty aid products so it is not a good fit for me. That being said it did work all day long and kept me feeling fresh and clean. No residue was left on m\y clothes. It did not leave me feeling sticky at all. I gavegive it 5 stars because it actually worked really well just not the product for me.

It offers protection from stinky and wet pits. It releases a scent of "cool wave" that lasts a long time. It dries quite fast and does not irritate the skin. It also glides smoothly; therefore, it is super easy to apply and go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I can say I wasn't expecting this product to work or that I would like it. Boy was I surprised, Gillette Clinical Protection Cool Wave. The scent was mild and didn't overwhelm any other scent I was wearing for the day. I can say I worked a weekend in Mountains of Eastern KY and this product stands up to a weekend of heavy work that I ended up in clothes wet from sweating, but my underarms were dry and smelled of cool wave scent. So I was impressed. I can say I highly recommend this product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easier to apply than a regular stick. Clear'ish gel goes on easy and seems to dry quickly. Had no issue with white marks on shirts when using. But the gel format does not last nearly as long as the 'stick' versions. Its a tradeoff.

We use a lot of Gillette products but it’s been a while since he used the deodorant. He thinks it works well & im not put off by the scent. We’ll call this win!
