[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received Gillette Cool wave Clear Gel 0.5 from Pinchme to product test. The scent is very intoxicating. The clear gel did very well against fabrics. The protection needs some tweaking still. I usually have to use clinical strength. On days I didn’t perspire as much, it worked well.

Had to fight my teen from taking it as she loved it too. All in all I give it 5 stars.

Now my husband spends his weekend on the motorcycle and we live in Florida so, as you can imagine, he can come home pretty stinky. This deodorant went a long way to fixing that problem! Now I I can great him with a hug, rather than a bar os soap and a towel!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My old and busted car doesn't have air conditioning, so I keep Gillette Cool Wave Clear Gel in the glove compartment for when I'm stuck on the freeway in the boiling heat, with no end in sight. That way I arrive at my destination cool, calm, & composed.

I love Gillette products. I finally tried the clear gel and it seamed to work great. It kept me dry in the hot environment that I work. But I noticed one big flaw with it that I wished I knew before I started using the product. After using the cool gel for about two weeks I noticed that it was bleaching all of my dark color t-shirts under the arms. This had never happened with my regular deodorant. Now I am out 4 new t-shirts.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used this product at night before bed. It definitely gets the job done and keeps you dry all day. I have used other clinical antiperspirants before and not had any luck, but this product definitely works. The scent of this product isn't that great, but when you need something that works, the scent is the least of my worries. You can't really smell it unless you hold it up to your nose, but then again, deodorant is not supposed to really be like cologne. It's just supposed to keep bad scents away, which this does. I would definitely recommend this product, especially if other antiperspirants haven't worked for you. I think you could even get by with using this every other day and just using a regular antiperspirant on the days in between.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] If you ever wondered whether a product works...have a teen test it out. In this case it was a 17 year old male who tested it. He liked the smell first of all, which to me is half the battle. He used it and just said "it's cool". He then went to play. Asked ball with friends. I knew he was going to play and thought this would be a great opportunity to test the deodorant. Well, glad to say it worked. It held up to a sweaty teen boy. He asked for a full size.

It did not take long to dry and did not leave a residue on his clothes, which is always good. He may buy Gillette Cool Wave in the future.
