[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received a small sample of Gillette Cool Wave Clear Gel 0.5 oz from PinchMe.com It's really difficult to review a product that you don't use yourself, but here goes. The one thing that I can say with absolute certainty is that I really enjoyed the scent of Gillette's Cool Wave Clear Gel deodorant. It's a reasonably cool scent that still retains some level of smoothness. While it's masculine it isn't overbearing. However it isn't exactly subtle either, which means it's not the most sophisticated of scents. I still found it to be pleasant though. As for how well it works as a deodorant I'm told that it's pretty much like any other. It's application is smooth, feels a little cool when first applied. It also dries clear and stays effective for most of the day. Do I recommend it? Yes, I think I would.

Gilette Endurance underarm deodorant was used daily and provided full deodorant and anti-perspirant protection througout the day and evening. The Cool Wave clear gel has a pleasant scent and is refreshing all day long.

It was cool to the touch, and it smelled well and it did kill any odors during the day, but I just prefer a more solid stick of deodorant over this type.

Gillette Cool Wave Clear Gel 0.5 oz. was not that fit for me. Literally an hour after application, my underarms were sopping wet. But the scent was still there. So, I'll give them points for that. Maybe it's not for me. But I'll still clue the men in my life in on it. Maybe it'll work for one of them.
