I gave this to my son to try as he has a very physically demanding job and sweats quite a lot. He said that not only did he enjoyed the clean crisp smell of it, but the clear gel also kept him from sweating as much. He highly recommends Gillette Cool Wave Clear Gel to all the hard working men out there.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The scent is fresh. I'm not a fan of gel because it's kind of sticky. I need a deodorant that can withstand heavy sweating and from laboring workouts. I think it would work for some men, but it's just not for me.

He loved the smell of of it and the fact it was clear gel. When he used it, he did not have to worry about leaving those dreaded "white deordant spots" on his shirts.

The only reason I could not get it five stars Is that I personally did not care for the scent- others found it quite pleasing, so just a personal preference.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband doesn't like gel deodorant/antiperspirant, so when this showed up at the house he wasn't very impressed with me. He tried it anyway (at my insistence) and says it's better than he expected it to be. He says it doesn't sting or burn and it keeps him dry and feeling fresh for just as long as his usual brand, if not, longer. Does it last 72 hours? We don't know, because he doesn't go that long without showering.

Would recommend to family and friends for its long lasting protection and nice clean scent. Glides on smoothly and clear so you don't have to worry about getting those white streaks on your clothes.

Goes on easily and the doesn't leave any residue on clothing. Scent is pleasant but not overpowering. Based on the results of the product, we are changing over to Gillette Cool Wave Jel! My hubby works in construction, and sometimes after 10-14 hrs of working he is a little smelly But with this no funk. It's truly an amazing product.
