[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I gave this sample of Gillette Cool Wave Clear Gel 0.5 oz., to my husband to try. After a few daily uses I asked him what he thought of it. First thing he said was "make sure you buy me a bigger one next time you go shopping" Lol. We both love the smell and like the fact it is clear. Neither of us like the powder deodorants. My husband stays outside in the heat most of the day, not only at work, but also in his leisure time so he sweats a lot. He said that Gillette Cool Wave Clear Gel 0.5 oz. not only made him feel a little cooler in the heat but actually kept him dryer than previous deodorants he has used.

First off, I liked the smell, the smell is important. I like the glide of the gel vs. The solid. I do put on deoderant everyday so I did not test the 48 hour test. But it definitely kept me smelling good all day!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have actually went on the products facebook page to say how much I like Gillette's cool wave clear gel antiperspirant. Got a .5 oz. sample from pinchme and was surprised that it wasn't too overpowering a smell. Went on smoothly and worked on the 2nd day. I sometimes cannot shower everyday when I have major flare ups of psoriasis because it irritates my skin. On those days I often forget to reapply antiperspirant so this product was a real boon. I can't wear cologne because it is too overpowering an odor, but it was nice wearing a scent. I generally use unscented products because strong scents make my migraines worse. The lack of any scent on clothing and skin sometimes makes me feel unfresh, and this is a nice compromise. So, thumbs up to Gillette cool wave gel. Kinda surprised it didn't bother me when I had a 3+ day migraine.

It lasted through out the day and evening hours, working outside in the garden during the summer time, you need that extra bit of protection, and it did the job with no problem. Now that it is Fall, I am hoping to keep the fresh scent and stay dry going through out the year

It's great that it goes on clear and won't ruin your clothes. It even lasts through sports. It smells good going on and even after a game of outside basketball in hot weather.

He said this deodorant was extra tough on oder & lasted from morning until night. The fact that it went on clear was a plus for us both - no embarrassing white marks for him & I didn't have to worry about it ruining his dark clothes. We both loved the smell! He said he liked how it smelled and that it went on really smooth. It didn't. leave a powdery stain on his shirt like powdered does. He said it offered him great protection while at work and he didn't feel sweaty or feel like he smelled of sweat. He is thinking about switching to this all the time.
