[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Gillette Clear Gel Clinical Protection in Cool Water was good, but not great. The Cool Water scent was refreshing. It definitely worked to get rid of any wetness I would usually have. This did not work for me to get rid of the odor as every evening the odor would become noticeable. If wetness is more of the concern over odor, than this may be a good option, but if odor is, than this would not work.

Upon opening it, I immediately had trouble with the twist up design (little turn dial on the bottom), as it did NOT push the gel upwards. Therefore, if I wasn't willing to physically SQUEEZE the plastic container, no gel would come up (perhaps a defective dial?). Nevertheless, I continued to use the product. It had a nice smell associated with it, but took a long time to dry once I placed on my armpits (and sometimes left a wet streak on any shirts I put on before it fully dried, but this went away quickly). Also, I feel that the gel did not last 48 hours (barely 24 if that). So overall, not a bad product but I would prefer to stick with dry solids or invisible sprays.

The product stands out in its clear packaging, making it easy to spot, and the deodorant is simple to use! It smells great, works for I felt, even longer than it said it would; which makes this an easy recommendation.

I was actually surprised by it. it went on clear very cooling and pleasant scent. I t worked very well I live in SC where the humidity is high. So I am very pleased with it.

It did seem to dry a bit faster than other gel antiperspirants that I've used, in the past.. but I just didn't like the scent or the act of using gel antiperspirant. I'd be interested in Gillette antiperspirants more if they tried making dry spray-on deodorant like some other companies have ventured into, in recent years. I'd much rather spray on antiperspirant than smear gel on a stick under my arms.
