[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband always come home stinking after work . His ordinary deodorant has wore off , so he tried the Gillette "Cool Wave one morning at 6:30 am and by 5pm it was still keeping him dry and still had a pleasant smell.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gillette's new Cool Wave Clear Gel is not for me. Now that said it does work, and has a pleasant scent. it's the wet gel texture that im not fond of. If you like gel type deodorant you will like this.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received Gillette Cool Wave Clear Gel 0.5 oz. as a sample. I can't say I'm impressed. The scent is great. The gel, however, took a bit to dry. I put it on, and continued about getting ready, and noticed after a couple of minutes I could still feel the gel. I had to stand with my arms out for a minute to dry. As for protection - kept me smelling good, but did not prevent sweat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son tried Gillette Cool Wave Clear Gel 0.5 oz and he was a little weirded out by the fact that it is so wet, which seems like the opposite effect you'd want in an anti-persperant. I tried to explain that it dries after a little bit, but I found him drying his armpits in front of the air conditioner each time he applied it. He really did like the scent, however!

Another plus is that it was long lasting on a summer day. My only problem with it is the sent is not my favorite. Maybe if I had tried a sent other than 'cool wave' this Gillete product could have been a winner.

The gel composition didn't seem to dry and felt sticky so instead of my underarm being dry it felt just sticky. The product would be great for after sports whne you need that strong scent.

His usual brand is Brut, but I got him to try this. He couldn't believe how musch better it worked on him than his regular brand. He said compared to Brut, Gillette kept him drier and he even smelt good after a long days work!
