[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Gillette Cool Wave Clear Gel 0.05 oz.provides an all-day protection which lasts and does not need to be reapplied. It has a refreshing scent and goes on clear without staining my shirts.It was very easy to put on and prevented wetness.I think this deodorant would be great for any on the go busy adult who is busy on the go and wants to know they they are clean and protected from odors.

The smell is great and the protection lasted all day. I like the clear gel. It was a little gooey at first but I waited for it to dry before putting my shirt on and it worked great.

This is a long lasting product and works extremely well. I will continue to use this product in the future and would recommend it to anyone looking for a good deodorant.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started using the Gillette Clinical Clear Gel - Cool Wave as soon as I received it. The product itself works quite well as an antiperspirant and deodorant, however, there were several things I disliked about the product. First, the fragrance. It was a bit feminine smelling for my tastes, as well as being quite strong. I don't mind my deodorant having a fragrance, I'd just prefer that it be more masculine and more toned down. Second, the consistency. The gel made my armpits feel very wet after using and for quite a long time afterwards. Again, this may be more of a personal preference thing, but I don't know anyone that is ok with their armpits feeling wet, especially after using a product that is supposed to help with that. As I said, the product worked well otherwise, though I didn't get the benefit of being a full day's protection if you put it on at night as instructed. It worked much better if I used it in the morning.

I have used other clinical antiperspirants before and not had any luck, but this product definitely works. The scent of this product isn't that great, but when you need something that works, the scent is the least of my worries. You can't really smell it unless you hold it up to your nose, but then again, deodorant is not supposed to really be like cologne. It's just supposed to keep bad scents away, which this does. I would definitely recommend this product, especially if other antiperspirants haven't worked for you. I think you could even get by with using this every other day and just using a regular antiperspirant on the days in between.

However, he really liked the fragrance because it had a clean, fresh smell. Gilette Cool Wave Clear did have all day protection, even through basketball practice! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product does work, and with the Gillette brand name on it, you can be sure of the quality of the product, however, in its gel form, don't expect it to be completely dry. I found it had a bit of a wet greasy feel when applied. It did dry clear and did not stain my undershirt like some other brands I've tried before. Another positive aspect is that it does smell nice, and is not too overwhelming of a scent. If you don't normally use, or don't like, gel anti-perspirant/deodorant, you won't like this. If you do, you'll find it works well, almost as good as Degree.

So am going to try out for awhile to see if it holds out .
