Easy to unbox and set up. I was watching programming within an hour of getting it home . I am 78 years old my wife and unboxed the tv and set up tha functions.

This LG OLED television consistently amazes us! It was very simple to set up and it pairs flawlessly with the LG soundbar we purchased along with it. Highly recommended!

The TV and soundbar are excellent - 5 stars each. The infuriatingly stupid dot/pointer from the remote however completely ruins the experience - so that gets -10 stars. So 3 stars overall in this case is generous. No-one in the family is able to navigate and select what they want without the dot doing something else. Why does anyone in LG think this is a good feature and why isn't there an option to permanently disable it? I'm going to smash the LG remote with a hammer and buy a programmable remote.

Brilliant picture but poor sound quality which was a disappointment for a high end TV. Also too many models (3L/4L/5L/6L) to chose from with very little differences. Set-up proved difficult so a quick start guide should be packed with the TV. Had to reset the TV and restart my WiFi and reset my home cinema before the TV ARC worked correctly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is a very good tv with excellent colour and sound. However I do find it a bit complicated to use. Also on my existing LG tv I can use my Sky handset to turn on the tv and sky box and the tv opens in sky. I do not seem to be able to do this with the new tv.

Very happy with this LG OLED TV, excellent picture, vibrant colors - not washed- out colors. I calibrated it myself, using Filmmaker's mode and it's absolutely Brillant, bright and a picture that pops out. I highly recommend this LG OLED TV to anyone looking for a top rated OLED TV.

This is a fantastic OLED TV. The quality of the panel is sublime. Out of the box the unit I felt did need configuring to get the setup right. There are videos on line to get the setup right. Built in speakers are good however a soundbar really does lift the bar.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Only let down by the gloss finish on the screen, it gets a lot of reflection. But setting up and navigating around to tv I would give that 5 stars. In the store that had no windows didn't show any reflection, then I probably wouldn't have bought it, but picture quality is excellent.

Excellent picture clarity. Connector sockets have very easy access. Setting up the sound can be a bit fiddly and I prefer to do setups from a printed manual - online manuals, especially when you need to access several pages, simultaneously, can be difficult to interpret.

Bought this because of a Consumer Reports review and I could not be happier. The picture quality is outstanding and I can see everything, even night scenes. The remote is a little clunky but lots of great features. Got it on sale, so I am a very happy camper. Buy it, you won't be sorry.
