Pleased with the power of the flosser and has a wide range for personalized comfort. Delivered the water well without depleting reservoir as quickly as our regular Waterpik flosser on the same setting. Disappointed it came with small brush only - too small - thereby hassle and additional cost of ordering larger brush. Bristles soft and flosser nozzle sticks out too far, easily contacts enamel on teeth when angling handle. Concerns me about possibility of damage to enamel especially when using sonic (vibrating) brush and flossing at same time. One bristle/brush head cap only, included with original purchase of machine not included with replacement brush heads. How do you get replacement caps as I consider those a must for hygiene especially when machine is stored in bathroom. Would like a hygienic sleek, stylish, non-print, subtle looking cover for entire device included in package. It's all about the hygiene baby!
