It can be messy. I have started using the brush and water pik function separately for more complete hygiene. I put some Listerine in the water reservoir. I do put warm water in the reservoir, but that first couple bursts of water are COLD until the warm water reaches my mouth. I am curious to see if my dentist can tell a difference.

Great sonic toothbrush by itself & then add the function of a flossing toothbrush combo to make your mouth dance with happiness! Seriously my mouth never felt so completely clean. Impressed with how this little cleaning machine works (we got the 2.0 version because I like the latest models of anything) & would recommend it to anyone that wants what I believe is the best device for my mouth. We have the black unit & just ordered the white full size brushes so that my wife can use this device & we won’t get the brushes easily confused.

The brushes do a very good job, I like the smaller one, as I find it is easier to reach the back molars. The bristles last a long time, and don't get all bent out of shape. Not a 5 star due to the price. I highly recommend using the coupon that is offered when purchasing a new Waterpik appliance.

I really love this water pik/toothbrush. It is very poweful and really gets the job done. The water container is big enough to floss all of my teeth without adding anymore water. The toothbrush has 2 settings of low/high. It is powerful enough that I run it on low. It really gets everything between my teeth out. I find myself using it a lot more than I used to brush with a regular toothbrush. I can't stand to have anything between my teeth anymore. The water pressure has settings from 0 to 10. I run mine on 6 and it is plenty powerful at that setting. I've had my water pic/toothbrush about a month and I can't think of anything negative about it except I should have bought it sooner. It is a wonderful product that does exactly what it says. It is a little more expensive than some of the other water pics, but it is well worth the money. I can't wait to see my dental hygienist again to see how much my gums have improved!!!! I love my water pic/toothbrush!!!!

This is my second waterpick. My first one was brushing and flossing and I thought the pressure of the was sufficient. However I bought a new one and It is so awesome and cleans my teeth so much better. When I go to dentist I have vert little tarter. Just love it .

As a periodontist, I can honestly and truly say this is the best machine ever produced! It is easy to use and very effective for clean teeth and healthy gums. We are truly blessed.

This Sonic Care is the best money I ever spent. It is fantastic! After brushing I then use the flossing action and am amazed at the amount of debris that comes out of what I thought was a clean and fresh mouth. Well worth the price!

Questionable on how long they will seal when having to change several times a day when two people share the same handle, as in a family setting. Way too expensive and space consuming for multiple units.

I like the larger headed toothbrush head. It makes my teeth and gums feel cleaner and seems to get more debris out. Really like the way it makes my mouth feel cleaner.

Extremely happy with purchase. So glad to be able to brush and floss at the same same. Brush 1st then brush and floss to remove plaque and debris caught in teeth, does a great job
