After ~twenty years, I replaced my Lieberman with this, as the old one had become warped and left lines of dirt behind. The Rubbermaid sadly did the same from the start. I ordinarily like Rubbermaid products, so I am extra disappointed in this product.

Complete Junk! Shipped in a bag and was missing the yoke assembly to attach handle. Called Sam’s Club and after 45 minutes on the phone and having to liaison with a 3rd party vendor on the phone and on hold, they want it shipped back before issuing a refund which will take at least 7 days! No way they could just ship the missing part or a replacement. I’ll just order a different brand elsewhere.

I received this Rubbermade lobby dustpan from Sam's Club.com 2 days ago. Put it together yesterday and used it today. One use and the handle broke off where it connects to the dustpan. Obviously very poorly made. I'm going to try to Crazy Glue it together. If that doesn't work, I'm sending it back.

Both shipped in a plastic bag, terrible idea. The first one was missing the handle. Contact customer service, they refunded me. I ordered it again. Very surprised to have it shipped the same way again. There were multiple holes in the second one. Surprised it made it. I wouldn't recommend ordering it for shipping.

Comes apart easily, but does save my back.

I don’t know if I got a defective one, but the dust slips from underneath and doesn’t pick it up.
