I used a cup of cottage cheese and whipped it in the blender with a tbsp of Truffle oil and pinch of truffle salt! Mix that in with four beaten eggs and 1/2 cup of egg whites! The silicone cups are very easy to clean. The egg bites pop right out of the silicone without breaking apart. Next I plan to make quiches in this. This is one of my newest favorite kitchen gadgets.

very quick and efficient for making breakfast or meal prepping. I had the small one, but it took a quite bit of time to meal prep my breakfast for the week so I got the family size one and I love it..

I used it for the first time today to meal prep for the week. I absolutely love it. I had the smaller version first but honestly it took too long to get the quantity I needed for meal prep . This was perfect and saved so much time.

Only used once but followed the directions (which are simple and straightforward) and product came out exactly as promised. Love that I can meal prep and get creative with different ways to use the cups and the hot plate.
