The silicon cups make for the perfect size and uniform shaped egg bites. The cups are kind of annoying to clean. Great for someone who does keto/low carb as you can premake the perfect healthy breakfast for the week!

Just tried out my latest DASH cooking product... the family size egg bite maker. Since 2008 i have been following more of a paleo diet, watching carbs, soda, starches. One thing is constant... MOST mornings I start the day off with egg cups and ham or sausage. . I have always made them in the oven in muffin pans. Last week I got a product sale email from DASH and most of it was muffin, donut, toast, waffle makers that I don't use but it had egg bite makers... in a 4 size and a 9 size. AND it was on sale. It came this morning and I just made a batch of egg, tomato and ham bites and I think this is going to be great addition to my kitchen and gifting list. I currently have my hard boiled egg cooker as a favorite gift for people who love hard boiled or deviled eggs. This comes with some recipes and suggestions but I made mine with some deli ham diced up, jalapeno (of course), tomato, a little salsa and a little shredded cheese. And 4 eggs. 15 min later... done and delicious. They bake in silicone cups that you just flip over to a plate when done. Clean up in minutes. You are welcome!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this egg maker because I wanted to food prep some eggs that I could have since I have to leave early for work, which requires me to drive around the city. This family egg cooker is about the size of an indoor, double sided grill. I found the directions to be easy to follow and the machine to be easy to use. Being a family-sized egg cooker, it contains 9 silicone containers that can be cooked at the same time. The silicone cups were smaller than I thought. If you’re using these to make egg sandwiches, these would work well with slider buns or smaller biscuits rather than egg muffins. The 9 cups hold about 4 eggs, though it may hold a bit less if you put some toppings in there. About 8 minutes later, you’ll have nice, evenly cooked eggs. Clean up was a bit annoying; even though the cups were silicone and were sprayed with oil before adding the eggs/ toppings, some still stuck the the sides. This egg cooker is definitely designed to cater to larger groups, but if you only need one or two eggs, it might be quicker/ easier to cook them another way. I gave it 3.5 stars but rounded up to 4 because the machine does work well and does exactly what it says it’ll do; I just don’t know if it’s something I’ll use on a daily basis in my house.

I love creating my own egg recipes and using this egg bite maker to get a perfect breakfast. The egg bite maker yields alot of egg bites and is perfect for a bigger party. Are you spending $$ every day on egg bites while grabbing your latte- STOP! This machine makes the perfect egg bites! I used a cup of cottage cheese and whipped it in the blender with a tbsp of Truffle oil and pinch of truffle salt! Mix that in with four beaten eggs and 1/2 cup of egg whites! I added 1/2 cup of shredded Parmesan and chopped salami! These bites were amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Dash Egg bite maker, the family size model is the perfect fit for the four of us. My children tend to be picky eaters , but I've found that I can get them to eat a variety of new things if I "hide" the ingredients in foods they love. I finely mince veggies like cauliflower and sweet peppers to add to the egg bites and voila, the healthy veggie bite that my kids actually love. The bites also make for a great meal prep breakfast for my husband and I . The instructions are laid out in the booklet , along with interesting and fun recipe ideas.

We prefer the sous vide method over oven because they are softer and more moist. My family LOVES them. This thing is a little bulky but hey, it’s family sized and everyone isn’t sitting around waiting for the next batch. One and done. Easy cleanup l.
