False Label! - Tested on CGM - pull of the shelves

False Label, Not a Keto-friendly bread, see pictures below Tested on my CGM ( Continuous glucose monitor), identical portion and type of breakfast ( fasted stomach), one with 2 pieces of "Keto bread", and another with a spinach wrap ( 3 boiled eggs, then PB sandwich). I waited 4 more hours, and tested the sandwich alone, with the same results. If you're after a Keto friendly food, or care about your glucose level, skip this garbage

Great Carbs/no added sugar...AWFUL Tasteless

I was so excited to get this bread...but after a bite I realized there was little flavor and felt like sawdust in my mouth...I forced myself to eat that slice to ensure that I was being objective. The low carbs/0 added sugar sounded wonderful. A shame it tastes like it does...didn't want to waste it...My husband tried it, my adult daughter tried it when she came over...I couldn't give it away!
