I was excited to try it because it seems clean and effective. I felt like the bugs took a long time to die and it didn't seem effective and humane. I'm going to keep trying it

I sprayed this all around my outdoor trashcans that are swarmed with flies and it definitely killed the ones in the vicinity and then worked as a great repellent. I would not use it indoors as it has a strong,lingering odor but that definitely helped keep the insects at bay.

I really like that it is safe to use around pets and it seemed to get rid of the few pesky flies that I had in my kitchen. The only thing I didn't completely like was the smell. It seemed to initially have a lemongrass scent but when sprayed it smelled a bit like chemicals. Luckily it didn't linger and seemed to fade away after a bit.

I liked that it is safe to use around pets and kids as I have both. i also appreciated the product was not an aerosol product. I was impressed on how it took care of an ant issue I had at my house. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I know it's winter, but that's typically when we get cluster flies in our area. When the weather gets cold and then warm and then cold again, it's a vicious cycle. And they're HUGE. Since we started spraying this where we suspected they were coming from, we haven't seen any in a good month or so. We get regularly treated for other pests, but since the cluster flies are seasonal, this was great. We do have 2 cats and a dog, so I was concerned even with "pet safe", but we use in a well ventilated area and spray the window where we see them the most only.

There is a slight odor to the spray, but similar to citronella so its pleasant for the short time you notice it.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. when I arrived back at home, I went to every area that had the ant problems. As I sprayed, I noted the very strong fresh sent. This is different than most bug sprays. while I did enjoy the pleasant fragrance, I found it to be strong! Much too noticeable. My pets didn't mind the smell though. That was pleasing to see and know it was safe for them. It's even stated on the labeling. The bottle that it's in is only nice in that I can easily see how much I have left. Everything else about the look of the spray is off-putting to me. The white and clear look of it made me overlook it. Most of sprays have a dark and almost clandestine packaging,almost scary. I guess in time the difference will be helpful. I don't recall ever hearing or seeing advertisements for this product. When that starts, it's difference will be great. I also like that it's not in an aerosol can. if this product kills for a good amount of time, I will rebuy it.

It works on contact but it does leave a strong smell behind. The smell is not bad though, it's more of a natural scent than a chemical one. I was also glad to know that this was safe around kids and pets since I have indoor dogs and try not to use harsh chemicals around them. It's a good product and I would definitely purchase it again.
