I was curious to try the Stem Ants, Roaches and Flies formula as it uses botanical extracts and is safe for pets. I sprayed the product along the exterior baseboards of my kitchen as well as under the sink and then took it outside to treat problem areas. The product has a pleasant smell unlike products I've tried in the past. The packaging instructions indicate to spray the product directly onto the insect. That seems to work effectively. I will need to give the product more time to see how well it keeps the pests away.

I sprayed this on the floor around the bowl and they died while trying to run away! I then sprayed the floor before I put a new bowl of food and came home to no ants!!! I love that I don't have to worry about it going toxic to my cat!

I took that chance on a couple ant hills in our yard. Yes, it worked on getting rid of the ants, but it also killed the grass. As far as use on your patio or in your home, go for it. It works great on killing the bugs and it's pet and kid safe.

I wanted something that was safe to use around children as my porch is enclosed so I decided to try this Stem product. I sprayed it along the windowsills and feel that it works wonderfully, the flies have definitely decreased and the smell is not a chemical one but kind of citrusy smelling.
