As an elementary teacher and a mom of an autistic preschooler who puts EVERYTHING in his mouth, I am always open to products that are safer around kids. That being said... I found it difficult to figure out all of the ingredients to this product. I noticed that while it says it's safe for use around kids and pets, it also states at the bottom to keep out of reach from children. It also states on the back to contact Poison Controll if ingested. So I am needing a little bit more information regarding the safety of this item around children. Especially if I'm going to put this in my classroom (there are strict rules and what chemicals I can use). I also noticed on the back that it did mention that it can leave an oily residue, so clean off will be needed with a soapy towel afterwards. It also mentioned the possibility of staining, and the importance of patch testing at first. I'm not sure how practical that would be if you were trying to immediately get rid of an infestation. I will say that the fragrance is very pleasant, due to the lemongrass oil.

I also like the fact it is safe to use around kids and pets that is a bonus in my book! I will be looking into getting the one for spiders aswell since we also get a lot of those during the summer!

The lack of instructions left me wondering if this product is for when you see the pests (kill on contact) or spray to protect from entering. The product has a mild citronella odor that you can smell when applying and lingers.I haven't seen any ants since I applied it though.

I don't have roaches, so I am unable to test product on roaches. It does work great on ants and fruit flies. I do recommend this product. I also like the fact that it's safe around pets and kids.

I received product reimbursement in exchange for my honest review. First, it is a very strong unpleasant smell. It is also a little greasy/oily. It only takes a couple of squirts to kill an ant, so it does work well. Due to the smell, I would probably give it a 3.5/5.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I've been testing this product out for like wait a week? I haven't really seen major and issues until today. There was a massive ant pile outside that was disturbed and hundreds of ants running around. I sprayed it directly on them and honestly they died almost instantly. I like that this is safe to use around kids and pets. Here's why I'm giving it 4/5 the sprayer broke after the 2nd time I ever used it. So today I had to spray it sideways and I accidentally sprayed my orange tree. I'm sure it's fine because it's mostly natural but I had to cut off a piece of the orange tree.
