These shells are average sized. Full of flavor and very low on carbs. They can even be crisped up in a frying pan.

I love them, 70 calories each, and they taste great. I like to heat them in the skillet with a little butter.

The texture is great. They are big enough for most things. Only issue to me is a bit of a bitter after taste. Could be just me.
