I like and use these tortillas; however, comparisons with other tortillas are difficult. The illustration that shows a measurement suggests these are 8" or 9" tortillas, when in fact they are generally less than 7½" and some are as small as 6½". The nutritional information says they have 60 calories per tortilla. Totaling up the fat, net carbs and protein produces a number closer to 68 calories, while the whole wheat version of the same tortilla has one gram less protein but claims 70 calories per tortilla. As a low-carb person who counts macros down to the gram, I'm not sure I can trust these numbers.

These are my favorite tortilla. For parties I made roll ups with cream cheese and olives. I often buy frozen fajita chicken, add chopped romaine, grated cheeses, Caesar dressing, roll up in wax paper then aluminum foil. Lunch healthy and on the go!

each wrap has sucralose in it (damages GI tract) and the spinach ones have dangerous colours like Yellow #5 aluminium lake (which damages white blood cells raising cancer risk). There are also hydrogenated oils which are harmful to heart health. The dyes just add green-ness, which is not worth it at all. If you need a bulker that sweetens try allulose, polydextrose or inulin. Erythritol is also easily available, is cheap and sweetens like sugar. So sucralose does not have to be present. Ideally all of the unhealthy ingredients in this otherwise healthy wrap would be removed or replaced at which point i would gladly give this product a 5* rating and recommend it to all of my diabetic or keto following friends and family.

I took a chance and bought these a couple of weeks ago and have been using them to make pizzas in my air fryer. I put pizza sauce on the spinach tortilla, cut up Canadian bacon, cut up mushrooms, pineapple, spinach, and top with grated cheese. Put in the air fryer for 4 minutes and they are so good. They are the perfect size to fit in an air fryer.

When I order low-carb wraps, I would think they’d bring some kind of wraps or ask what I want instead of bringing nothing at all but at least I got all the stuff to put inside the wrap ( just don’t have any wraps ) now that worked out perfect for a sandwich wrap ..not

I've used these for many months. Love the flavor. I (1) make all kinds of burritos for breakfast/lunch/dinner, or (2) cut and bake them to make crispy tortilla chips to eat plain with salsa or put on top of chili or make nachos. Or (3) just warm them, top with butter/salt and roll up! And, (4) Cut them in half, put them in the toaster til crisp and fill them to make a sandwich. They freeze well, too, without changing the texture.

I just decided to try these out. I’m trying to cut back on carbs so I can live a healthier lifestyle. It’s hard to believe these only have 3 net carbs, because they taste exactly like the regular spinach wraps! These give me a piece of mind knowing I can still enjoy turkey wraps for lunch, without racking up extra carbs.

So today I just purchased the carb balance spinach wrap. When I got home I started reading the nutrition label and realize that there’s NO WAY that one tortilla has 60 cal. Based on the simple nutritional fact that there’s 9 calories per gram of fat, 4 calories per grams of carbohydrates and 4 calories per gram of protein. When I added up and take 3 1/2 g of fat times nine, 18 g of carbohydrates times four and 6 g of protein times for that totals 127.5 calories. So perhaps they meant to say in half a tortilla and not a full one. Otherwise the labels totally misrepresentative. Even if they in accurately calculated it based on the total carbohydrates it’s still not 60 cal per tortilla that would reduce the carb calorie count to 67.5 calories per wrap. But I have never seen where calories didn’t include the full carbohydrate count, so I’m wondering what’s up??

I use these wraps for everything! From grilled chicken and mozzarella wraps to bacon, egg and cheese breakfast wraps, these wraps are the best out there. Low carb wraps are often dry and crumble when heated- but not these! Chewy and delectable straight from the package, and get that perfect crisp outside when pan fried. The spinach is subtle but flavorful- I prefer this variation to the original flavor.
