I had purchased this warranty through Sam's club a few yrs ago and yes my T.V. the pixels were going out , so I called Square trade and they did everything they possibly could to get out of honoring the warranty. Sam's club stepped up and gave me a new T.V.. I would not purchase the extended warranty .
