Purchased this mattress online, sight unseen, on a Sunday. It was delivered on Thursday. Very heavy box for the Queen -- 78 lbs. I think. Followed the instructions and laid the mattress in place before cutting the tape and plastic wrap. Amazing to watch it "inflate" and take shape. Although the instructions say to wait 24-48 hours to sleep on it, I set it up at 4:00pm and slept on it that same night. First morning after sleeping on it, I woke up just a little sore (perhaps because I sleep on it the first night and hadn't waited the 24 hours). After the second day, I felt great. No aches and pains in the morning as was the case with my old mattress. As others have said, it's a plush top with a firm feeling underneath. I would describe it as medium-firm, but there still is a feeling of plushness on the top. Hard to describe fully, but it works perfectly for me. I couldn't have made a better choice and the price was much lower than the $1,000-$1,500 mattresses I had been considering I would definitely buy again and I would highly recommend this to others.

I bought three of these mattresses in 2017 and have been very satisfied with the comfort and quality. However, this most recent mattress purchased is not the same quality. The sides of the mattress are too soft to sit on. I am worried about falling out of bed. How are we supposed to recomposes the mattress and get it back into the box to return it?

I was skeptical--didn't seem like it was possible to cram an innerspring mattress in a box for shipping. I was wrong. The mattress arrived quickly and flattened completely within 24 hours of unwrapping. I experienced no chemical smells like others wrote about. It's definitely firm, but with a plush top--the best of both worlds. I'm very happy with the mattress overall.

This mattress was purchased because we need to relocate for a few months at a friends house. We need a fresh mattress for their guest room. We bought this one because the price was very low. Delivery of this mattress was amazing. I thought they sent me the wrong item. It came in a box 2ft x 2ft x almost 5 foot. Upon opening we were careful to open it near the foundation. Much to our surprise out came the 60"x80"x12" mattress as promise. It is a good firm mattress. We have slept on it for month now and it is fine. And the price was wonderful. We recommend this mattress.

Not happy with this product as well. Material seems to be faulty in that it won't lay flat. The memory foam or whatever is bunched together in the middle of the mattress since it was removed from the box. We will be returning the mattress ASAP. Not pleased at all.

I originally bought this mattress 5 years ago and was skeptical about a mattress being shipped in a box...and SO inexpensive. My fears were completely unfounded. I love this mattress and recommend it to everyone! We bought another for my daughter. No more "dipping" in the middle. I can't even feel it when my 6'5, 280 lb boyfriend gets out of bed.

So sorry that my first Euro mattress did not open (inflated) the way it should have, very disappointed the second time the same thing happen, and no guess to sleep over. Sam's Club replace it immediately and they were very understanding over my situation great customer service. You will need help, its very heavy to put on top of your box spring. I will still buy a mattress from Sam's Club as soon as I get my refund.

We purchased this mattress online. It arrived promptly in a rather small box for a queen mattress. Opened it up and let it relax for 24 hours. Be careful when taking the wrapping off the mattress, it wants to spring open. This is a firm mattress. We have a 3" topper we use on it. We are very satisfied with the comfort and the quality so far.

I’ve been sleeping on my new bed for about three weeks now and I absolutely love it!!! It’s nice and firm but also conforms to your body at the same time. When it was delivered it came a week early which was awesome. It took about 72 hours for it to fully puff up from being in the compact box.

Never fully expanded. There is a ridge running down the middle of the mattress from top to bottom. Also, arrived way past scheduled delivery expectation date. Actually, tried to cancel order since we needed a mattress and there was no delivery update for weeks.
