[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ended up looking great! Just a heads up though we printed a QR code and it did not work (worked on regular paper) and the sides were a bit tough to tear off.

I have used this product in the past and was looking for them at a good price. I found them here.

We needed name badges for a Pastor's breakfast and didn't want the unprofessional hand written stic-ons. Also didn't want the shirt ruining pin-ons. Also didn't want to pay the $80 that Office Max was charging for the exact same stock number from Avery. Even with shipping and handling we paid half the price we would have paid from Office Max. Happy-happy-happy.

I used Microsoft Mailmerge to print 120 name tags. You need Microsoft Excel and Word 2010. The number on the paper ,5384, is what I used as opposed to the 74459 on the outside of the box. There is a Utube video on how to do this. The tags appear to be good quality. You have to thred the string through the holes in the tag, which takes quite a bit of time for 120 tags. I am going to let each person who wears a tag do that. If you print on regular paper, you would have to measure and cut out the right size tag. With these, the tags are perforated, so you just print, tear and insert into the clear pouch. If you want to reuse the pouch with different people, you can probably just buy the Avery paper 5384.

You have to completely assemble these (of course), so plan accordingly. There is an Avery Template available for these in Windows but I used the table function in Word to get the size and position right, set the images I wanted on each badge, took off the table borders (so I can see them on the screen but they don't print), then used WordArt for the names. You can print on both sides, but remember to reverse the names (right with left on the page) when printing on the "back" side so your double sided badges have the same name on front and back. Just do one page of badges to start with and you'll see what I mean. The hanging strings are basic white strings with a shoe lace tip to aid in tying them to the badges and they hang just past mid-chest on most people.

This was just as described. It was much less expensive than Amazon, Office Depot, and Staples for the same product. I will order this again the next time I need to have neck hanging labels.

This is the same product offered by Office Supply Stores, but at a much lower price. It was easy to order and delivered as promised.

These names badges are easy to read, easy to use, and can be saved to be used again. The party attendees were thrilled.
