[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried this for the first time and I liked it I thawed in a pan and Microwaved it. Both are cooking well. Taste Somewhat felt the same as the other organic product.

I used to love this bacon. The last 2 times I have purchased it, it was 85% fat and only a tiny sliver of actual bacon. Used to be a huge Applegate fan, but will no longer purchase this bacon.

Your Sunday Bacon has been a favorite of mine for years. I have a lot of allergies and want to thank you for making a product that is free of soy, corn, dairy, additives, etc. I appreciate it. Thank you for being certified humane as well. Liz

Great stuff, my wife started buying this brand, and now I'm hooked. All I can say is read the ingredients.... There it is..Bacon. none of that other stuff that I can even spell.

We have been buying this bacon for a long time, but lately some pieces have been 90% fat. We will not buy any longer is this trend continues. We are not fat eaters and cat food is cheaper than feeding this to the barn cats.

If you can settle for non thick cut, this one is a better alternative to Member's Mark regular cut bacon. This one cooks faster, better flavor and leaves less fat residue. Too expensive, though.
